Didn't know about renovations a heads up would have been nice. Also asked for a late check out but was denied and then couldn't check out because computers were down. Otherwise very clean and staff wonderful.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful!! My room was immaculate. The staff were so helpful and courteous. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for my first visit to Puerto Rico!!
