”Tried without fail to reach the manager multiple times over the week on all listed numbers. Couldn’t get in my room initially as no code sent for the lock box.
Wallpaper peeling off in my room.
The office was locked and without staff all week (I was there Sunday to Friday) and no phone contact possible.
Very unusual.”

”When I contacted the hotel a couple times for my reservation, and asked if there is a front desk person to assist with my check in, the two person who answered my calls kept saying that they cannot find my reservation. After over hour waiting at the front of the hotel at a 49 degrees cold weather at 11:00 pm they finally said that they found it and someone handed me the key to my room.”
