The Space:

Step into the living room of Unit B, Bluebird Cottage, via convenient keyless entry and relax on the super-comfy memory-foam sofa and enjoy the cozy electric fireplace. Socialize or play provided board games in this spacious, airy room with ceiling fan and natural light streaming in.



Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 50" smart TV. Access popular streaming channels using your own log-ins and enjoy local channels via antenna.

Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher – and a useful selection of small-kitchen appliances, including blender, hand-mixer, air-fryer, crockpot, and toaster. You’ll find a farmhouse sink and plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Enjoy the sunny kitchen window.



Grab your morning coffee from your choice of drip coffeemaker or Keurig coffeemaker, supplied with pods and a milk frother.



Dine at the dinette table for up to 4. Or dine al fresco on the patio at the umbrellaed table for 6.



Play a game of cornhole or horseshoes in the back yard (shared with Unit A).



Relax and sip a beverage on the front porch.



In the evening, laugh, tell, stories, and make memories around the shared firepit.

After a full day of exploring wineries and other attractions in the Palmyra area or just hanging out and relaxing at Bluebird Cottage, head for a restful night’s sleep in the bedroom with queen bed flanked by bedside tables with lamps. Exult in the comfort of the memory-foam mattress. Enjoy the bright pops of orange and unique headboard. A closet and luggage rack provide storage. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials.

The living-room sofa folds out into a full-size bed with memory-foam mattress to accommodate additional sleeping needs.

The washer and dryer enhance the comfort and convenience of your stay.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit and 1-acre yard except locked supply closet for the housekeeper. Private front porch and rear patio. Area with firepit, horseshoes, and cornhole is shared with Unit A.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.

Off-road parking is available in front of unit in your Designated spot. If more then 1 car please park along fence line not blocking garage

Getting Around:

On site parking in the spot marked "B" as well as along the fence line. Please do not block the garage.



Other Things to Note:

No parties permitted, per STR regulations.

NO pets permitted. If you have a pet please look at Unit A which is pet friendly, we keep this unit pet free to be considerate of those with respiratory or medical issues which would preclude them from having an enjoyable stay otherwise.



This is a smoke- free property. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on porches. Violations will result in extra cleaning fees. An exterior butt bin in both the front and back of the property is available for guest use.



Day of Departure:

– Please in the AM load dishwasher/1 detergent POD-under sink and turn on prior to leaving, housekeeper will put away dishes upon arrival.

– Used Bath/kitchen Towels and bath mats/rugs are to be loaded in washer, 1 laundry pod and turned on to Quick wash in the AM of departure.

– Housekeeper will strip the beds.

– All trash to be brought outside and placed in the garbage can at the road.

– Please do not use the towels provided to wash off make up. Otherwise regretfully I will be forced to place an upcharge of $15 per towel that is stained.

Owner is not on site. As a local realtor I am very familiar with the area. Guest's can feel free to call and text with any questions at anytime. My goal is to ensure that my guests enjoy their stay and the beautiful surrounding areas.
