”We planned for a refrigerator and were disappointed. Room was ok but probably should not have been that expensive. We had to get help to fix the TV as it wasn’t working. Not sure if we would take a chance on a room again. Thank you for asking. The HELP staff was outstanding!”

Unable to watch TV due to satellite issues when arrived, waited for 30-45min with no improvement before calling front desk, was told sumbody be done and waited another 40 min, went to front desk just to find out what going on and that person left because shift over and oncoming staff did not know anything. Staff was unable to fix tv issue and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to problem solve and fixed myself but it kept losing signal...

”We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out. The breakfast had cereal, but only chocolate milk; the fruit tasted slightly rancid; the two bite...

”Very run down. Awful smell. The pool is closed for maintenance. There are exposed wires and such in the hallway. The only reason I can imagine this place having such a high rating is the lady at the front desk. She was extremely nice. ”

”The only way to not be disappointed when you stay here is to go in with low expectations. Expect there to be no water pressure. Expect mold and hair in the bathroom. Expect cold eggs and sausage for breakfast. If you go in with these expectations, you won't be disappointed. ”

”Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand.”

”Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average.”

”Construction to update facilities. State basketball tournaments in town with limited rooms during spring break. Still quiet, with great staff.”
