”The lady who was in charge of setting up breakfast was loud and rude, and lacked customer service skills I would expect for the price of the hotel room. The hotel bath was not usable. There was an exposed copper pipe that was hot without the bath being on making it unsafe (IMO at least) for bathing my children in it. ”

”It wasn’t wiped down or at least sprayed down. There was dust everywhere and only the sheets seemed to be kept up. Only stay of a day if you can I had to stay in an emergency and Expedia has on there 5am check-in up to and that was not the case I was scolded, charged another $5 for a person and we were only there for 6 hours. ”

”Nice staff, comfortable beds, the breakfast was good. Convenient location..close to freeway and food. Only downside was there were little black bugs in my sons bed...but I still give this place 5 stars.”

”At check-in, the staff scolded me for booking through Expedia instead of calling them directly. They warned me not to leave a negative review and said the towels are brown because of bad water. They tried to rope me into a marketing scheme to tell my friends about their hotel. They re-used the card envelope which was filthy and had an old WIFI password scratched out. Room was funky and many things were lopsided- wind blowing through gaps in door, and messy caulking and poor craftsmanship on...

”I try to be as objective as possibe, despite quite bad first feeling. We had booked one room with kingsize bed and another with two queen size beds. When we realized that kingsize bed was a bed sofa with worn out mattress, we asked another room with two queensizes. We needed to push a bit before they found another ”available” room in a half-empty motel.
