”Will definitely stay here during my next visit to Guatemala. The hand off was very efficient and smooth. The owner Felix and Lucas the porter communicated very well! The house was central to a lot of places. Very easy to walk to catch a lancha or for food. Would advise everyone to book this house for their stay!”

”Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person...

”The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.”
