”The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with concierge service. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, so I requested to have the door decorated along with a small cake wishing her a happy birthday which is pretty standard for birthdays and anniversaries. I made the request a day before her birthday and was assured it’ll be done the next morning. It wasn’t done in the morning so I requested again and was promised it’ll happen in the afternoon.
