The Good:
The apartment has a truly stunning view—sunsets are absolutely gorgeous and were one of the highlights of our stay. The bedrooms are comfortable, and having TVs in each room is a great touch for privacy and relaxing at night. The unit was also generally clean upon arrival, which we appreciated.
The Bad:
The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The management company mainly directs you to read the guidebook and expects you to figure everything out on your own, which isn’t very user-friendly. It would be much better if they were available to answer questions during check-in.
Additionally, having to go to a separate location (Tower 2) to pick up bracelets is inconvenient—especially since the staff there were not particularly helpful or welcoming. Leaving the bracelets in the unit would make the process much smoother.
The kitchen could also use some improvement. The pans were quite old and worn, and it would be helpful to have a salad bowl and some containers for storing leftovers.
Overall:
If you’re patient and don’t mind dealing with a few inconveniences, the stay can still be enjoyable. The location is excellent—right across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico—with access to a fun swimming pool and hot tub that’s especially great for families. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus.
