Täydellinen golf- ja rantaloma on täällä Edgewater Resortissa! Panama City Beachin parhaat puolet ovat täällä tässä upeassa 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuonetta kerroksessa sijaitsevassa osakehuoneistossa, joka näyttää oikealta yli golfkentän. Omistajat valmistivat juuri 70 000 dollarin uusinnan, ja tässä yksikössä on kaikki tarvitsemasi rentouttavalle lomalle. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 queen-vuodetta. Keittiö on täysin päivitetty ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuihin laitteisiin. Runsaasti tilaa viihdyttäväksi, tämä yksikkö sisältää jopa oman pesukoneen ja kuivausrummun, ja sopii täydellisesti perheen tarpeisiin.

Ranta ja kaikki palvelut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä tai lyhyen matkan päässä ilmaisesta raitiovaunupalvelusta. Rannan puolella on mahtava laguuniallas, 11 uima-allasta ja 4 kylpytynnyriä. Pidä tauko Ocean's Bar & Grillissä, Paradise Pizzassa, Blenderin uima-altaan baarissa tai Edgie's Corner Marketissa, jossa on Starbucks, jäätelöbaari ja leipomo. Pidä tauko rannalta ja viettäkää perheen aikaa arcade-, Splash Pad- tai Sky Trail Rope -kurssilla. Hemmottele itseäsi kylpylä- ja kauneussalongissa. Jos urheilu ja kunto ovat intohimosi, voit nauttia golfkierroksesta Par 3 Executive 9-reikäisellä golfkentällä, pelata tennistä Plexicushion-kentillä tai pelata sekoituslautaa tai koripalloa. Klubi tarjoaa hienon harjoituksen kuntokeskuksessa, ja Pro-myymälässä on kaikki tarvitsemasi tarvikkeet.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great time and stay at this property. Had an issue with the A/C leaking but the property management took care of it very quickly. Just a little loud foot traffic from the unit above us but nothing that wasn’t expected. My kids loved all the turtles in the pond behind the unit.

This was a great place to stay. It is exactly like it is pictured. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, and the location just can't be beat. Edgewater is a fantastic place to be, unbeatable in Panama City, and this unit was no exception! Hopefully it won't be too long until we can go back.

Beautiful condo!

Gorgeous condo renovation! My family really enjoyed the stay. We loved the views from the back porch looking over the pond and the kids loved watching the ducks and turtles swim around. This met all of my family’s needs and I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!!

We love edgewater

Condo itself was beautifully decorated. However the master bed headboard fell apart on day two. We also noticed on day 1 there was a hole in kitchen door from previous tenants, and there wS a small bug problem but the resort was quick to come out and spray and we never had another one. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and will be back.

Perfect option to be away from COVID

I stayed at this property with my spouse, mom and my boy. We all agreed this apartment was just a perfect fit to us to stayed away from the crowd. I need to highlight the beds and pillows, they are wonderful. We also enjoy the view to the small lake from the balcony (it is relaxing). The only negative point during the stay was the neighbors, they are so noisy, the get up early (like 5:30 am, Yes OMOG!) and it looks like they don't sleep. But of course that is totally out of control of the owners

The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. You won’t regret renting this unit. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is replacing the vacuum cleaner (it wouldn’t pick up even the lightest of things). Otherwise, it is such a pretty unit and we’re so glad we booked it. There is a tram stop near this unit and they frequently round to take people back and forth to the beach; very convenient. There is a small pool in walking distance and the resort pool on the ocean side is amazing. The only problem we encountered was accessing the beach. The beach attendant told us we couldn’t access Edgewater Beach Resort because she had never seen the armbands that were provided to us in our unit. After telling her she needed to call her supervisor to come address this situation, she said we could go ahead but she would have to look into it. At this point I called vacation life properties and the phone call wouldn’t go through. An answering machine picked up saying it was after hours. It was on a Monday around 10:30. I then sent an email to vacation life and got a very prompt response. Turns out the unit had the old Edgewater resort armbands. So, if they are light purple, those are the old ones. Thank you, Nikki for digging into this issue for us! We never got the updated armbands but Monday was our last beach day anyway. Next, check in was a little confusing. You want to turn into Edgewater Villas off of Richard Jackson Blvd. The attendant stated no temporary parking pass was left there by Vacation Life, so we had to show him our email confirmation. But it wasn’t a big deal. Hope this review is helpful.

Home Away from Home

Beautifully decorated and furnished condo! It felt like home away from home. Relaxing on the back patio while listening to the water fountain and watching my boys feed the turtles was just what I needed. We called the front desk when we were ready to go to the beach and they sent a golf cart right to our door. The drivers were always such a joy to talk to, shout out to 1 in particular, the guy from Kentucky!! He was our favorite!! The beach was closed 3 days due to storms offshore, but we didn't skip a beat with everything close. If you are an animal lover, you must visit Zoo World. They are non profit, so everything you spend goes directly to the animals! The parakeet encounter was our favorite! Also, if you like fishing, call Captain Terry McGowen with "Reel Fun" fishing charter for a trip! My boys are 7 and 11 and they had the best fishing trip ever! We caught over 100 fish during the 4 hours we were out. They were reeling them in faster than he could keep up with..LOL. He really made their trip one for the books!! The only thing I would suggest is having the condo cleaned better. There was dust all over everything and the floors were pretty dirty, like not mopped dirty. The rugs were dirty as well. We will definitely be back though and recommend it to anyone else!

Great spot just off the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was soothing. The pool was close to the room and well maintained. The beach was easy to get to by either tram or walking. The neighbors that we met were super friendly. The condo had all the appliances & items we needed for our stay. Our only complaint was the frogs in the pond made a lot of noise at night and the first night you had to sleep with the tv on to drown out a persistent frog. The other was the cleaning crew did a good job in certain areas of the condo, but the tables in the living area had not been dusted nor the rug vacuumed. Under the beds were bottles that were empty that were not ours. I think that is a reflection of the cleaning crew and not the owners of the condo. I don't think the owners can know unless someone tells them. I emailed the property management and hopefully they will address the issue and that will not be a problem for future guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute stay

I had not been to PCB since college spring break ‘91. We didn’t intend to go there on this family vacation but were unable to find a place further west on 30A due to waiting too long to make reservation. While we certainly weren’t expecting 30A type experience, we were expecting it to be a little nicer & cleaner than its reputation. Unfortunately that was not the case. The interior of our villa had recently been updated, so it was nice & clean. The exterior & grounds of the resort were not so much (ie. cigarette butts in pool area, landscaping, etc). We did appreciate the tram service for the beach & the drivers were friendly. A few snags occurred at check-in (parking pass wasn’t at guard shack, door code didn’t work). That said, property mgr was responsive when called and resolved issue quickly. My son & I used the fitness center which was decent. The kids at Oceans Grill one evening and liked it. If you’re up for crowds & partying, PCB is for you. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing beach, it’s not.

The villa was nice with exception of the cleaning prior to our arrival. The floors were full of sand in the bedroom, underwear from the previous occupants under the bed and appliances with oil/grease on them. The amenities were okay with the tower I pool area the main activity for us. The small and uninviting Pool for our villas were under renovation but honestly, we would have never used it anyway because it just didn’t appeal to us. The tram drivers were great and very accommodating. The golf course was well kept. Overall we enjoyed our experience with Edgewater.

Lovely Villa

The villa is very nice with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bed was comfortable but very high I would not recommend to any handicap people. Showers are spacious but no handicap bars. Construction used up many parking spaces but Hopefully that will be over for next season. This unit is beautiful but we had one handicap person with us & the bed was the biggest complaint.
