Astu tähän upeaan, REMODELED 1 makuuhuoneeseen, jossa kerrossänky / 2 FULL kylpy condo! Moderni sisustus ja uskomattomat lattiat kaikkialla, rakastat rentoutumista täällä! Kauniissa valkoisessa keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitiskit ja istuimet vieraillesi saarella. Muita pub-tyylisiä istumapaikkoja on vain muutaman askeleen päässä, ja keittiössäsi on kaikki pienet tarvikkeet ja tarvikkeet. Aloita päiväsi nauttimalla kahvia oleskelutilassa, jossa on valtavat ikkunat, joista on näkymät Gulf Shore -rannalle. Siellä on suuri 56 tuuman Samsung Smart -taulutelevisio, joka sopii erinomaisesti elokuvayöihin ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille vieraillesi. Parvekkeella on UUSI Adirondack-tuoli, samoin kuin ruokailusetti - päätä päiväsi nauttien auringonlaskusta ystävien ja perheen kanssa !!

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, iso taulutelevisio, uusi kattotuuletin ja oma kylpyhuone. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja suuri turhamaisuus. Kerrossängyssä on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja ovi yksityisyyteen. Sillä on jopa oma taulutelevisio, joten se on täydellinen lapsille tai aikuisille. Siinä on myös oma FULL-kylpyhuone kiinnitettynä. Täältä löydät myös täysikokoisen, etukuormauspesurin ja -kuivaimen. Oleskelutilassa on myös kuningatar kokoinen vuodesohva.

Panaman rannat ovat 23-kerroksinen ylellinen Persianlahden edessä sijaitseva lomakeskus, joka sijaitsee Panama City Beachin sydämessä. Lomakeskuksessa on yli 14 000 neliöjalkaa uima-allastilaa, sisä- ja ulkokäyttöön kylpytynnyrit, täydellinen kylpylä, moderni kuntokeskus, jossa on uudet laitteet ja 2 uima-altaan reunalla sijaitsevaa Tiki-baaria. Paikan päällä on ranta-aktiviteetteja ja vesiurheilua sekä tuolien / sateenvarjojen vuokrausta. Panaman rannat tarjoavat myös varatun, katetun pysäköintialueen ja tilat suurille tapahtumille.

Vain muutaman askeleen päässä kaikesta, mitä tarvitset - Wal- Mart on kadun toisella puolella, ja olet vain hetken päässä Pier Parkista, Panaman kaupungin tärkeimmältä ostos- ja ruokailualueelta. Ananas Willyn rantabaari on vain muutaman askeleen päässä, samoin kuin Ripleyn museo, Signal Hill -golfkenttä, minigolf ja tonnia ravintoloita. Sinulla on hauskaa lomallasi riippumatta siitä, minne siirryt piirilevyyn!

Mukana on oma VARAUS 6. kerroksen parkkipaikka! Liinavaatteet ovat mukana, joten kaikki mitä tarvitset loistavaan lomaan, on täällä - haluat palata uudestaan ja uudestaan!

October Getaway

The condo is well maintained and clean. There are no negative comments towards the owners. However, the location of the condo within the resort is not ideal if you like to see a sunrise or a sunset. The resort wraps around and prevents this view. The loud music all day long at the pool is overbearing. The sounds of the water fountains are drowned out and it loses its sense of relaxation. The staff of the resort is not considered friendly or helpful. Our son was on crutches due to a broken hip. We requested assistance with parking and their staff never returned our call. The security overshadows the vacation experience. We will not stay at this resort again.

Parking on the same floor as our condo was very convenient. I have stayed other places and elevators were an issue…no elevator issues here. I had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling and called the Michael, the owner of the condo, very helpful. He was able to tell me what to do which was something simple. He answered even though it was after hours and he followed up to ensure all was good.Location great. Noise level well controlled. Pizza at Shores of Panama great as well. Can’t say enough about this condo.

Beautiful views/fun in the sun

The condo is exactly as it is written in the description as are the photos. The 6th floor location was ideal because the parking spot is on the same level. That is a huge convenience, so you don’t have to wait on elevators as much. If you choose this building you will want your condo and reserved spot on the same level. The parking garage is very tight, so choose don’t travel in an oversized vehicle because navigating the turns will be a challenge The condo decor was on theme and made it feel beachy. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I asked about beach chairs/umbrella being provided and never got an answer back, so we purchased four beach chairs and brought them with us and later found out there are four chairs in the condo you can use. I wish we could’ve known because we barely had room for everything as it was on our13 hour drive. So, they do have four chairs you can carry to the beach along with an umbrella and a wheeled cooler. Having two bathrooms was great as well as a washer/dryer. The balcony was lovely overlooking the pool and the beach. The security on the property is very good, too. Beach access was easy. Pineapple Willie’s Restaurant is next door to the condo. We did not use the sofa bed, so I cannot comment on the comfort of it. The beach and pool were so crowded the week we visited, so we will find a less busy time in the future. Overall, great condo and location. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit but……..

Very nice, updated unit. Communication with host was easy. Pool is large. Unfortunately the rest was not that good. Parking is small and tight. The elevators….one word, nightmare. The beach was absolutely trashed the entire time we were there. We picked up nearly a dozen bags of trash. Umbrellas and chairs allowed in front of the rental chairs and they will pack them in, in front of you if you rent chairs. Weed smell was awful on the balcony the entire time. Weed smell on the beach, elevators. Everywhere. We will likely choose somewhere else for our next vacation.

Exactly what we needed

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Its was clean and had pretty much anything we needed to enjoy our stay. After booking was worried we had placed ourselves to close to the party scene but our stay at this resort was perfect for our family. We will book here again. The only cons of the resort is the elavators get busy sometimes and its a tighter parking garage but they explain all that upfront and in no way was we caught off guard

Loved this condo. Pretty sure it was the same owner to the last place we stayed in the same complex that was a 3 bedroom. This owner manages the properties so well. Very clean, most comfortable beds and couches. Has everything you need!

Second Time Here

This was the second time that I have stayed in this particular unit. I love it. Parking is close to the door and the door is close to the unit. Easy access to elevator which takes you right down to the pool and beach area. Building is relatively close to some good eating options. Everying in unit worked well. Great stay. Again.

Condo itself was nice!

This was our 1st time staying at this property. The condo itself is nice. Very clean. The 2nd bedroom is for small children. There was 4 of us so it was plenty of space. Loved that we had a designated parking space on the same floor. We normally stay at a smaller property so this next part isn’t really about the condo. More about the property. The property was very busy. We used the stairs a lot since the wait time for an elevator was awful. Unfortunately people aren’t considerate of others at night so for us we thought it was loud here. The staff does walk around the pool area constantly which I liked. If you like busy, this place is for you!

Wonderful vacation spot

This condo was amazing! Very clean and cozy. And I do mean actually clean, other condos we've stayed in still had sand on the floor and didn't appear to be moped but this condo passed the paper towel test on the floor, couldn't even get any dirt after cleaning up a mess I made emptying the cooler, and the rest of the condo was just as clean. The decorative touches and super comfortable beds and furniture make all the difference on our trips and this place gets an A++. My son normally complains about the quality of most of the bunk mattresses and the pull out sofa but he had no complaints here. The master bed was amazing as well, perfect mattress and soft pillows. The condo was the perfect size for me and my boys and we still had room for a few more if needed. I was worried about not having a good view of the beach considering the condo is set towards the middle/back and not closer to the shore but there was no issue there, had a great view to enjoy while drinking my coffee and an added bonus I had a good view of the pool area and could spot the boys easily from there when we they went down without me. I see a lot of people mentioning the elevators here but honestly the elevators suck at most condos and these aren't nearly the worst I've experienced in PCB. But being located on the 6th floor and being able to park on the same floor eliminated most of our elevator worries. We definitely want to stay again next year! This was by far one of our favorite condos on this property!
