This property is probably the best at Splash! The location is perfect! On level 1 (which is 3 from the ground) is easy to access with the stairs, because trust me when I say THE ELEVATORS ARE HORRIBLE!! The unit is spacious and had all the amenities we needed, even shampoo and conditioner. The cleanliness needed some touch ups, but I am particular. The floors were very clean and the trundle bed was very handy with 3 kids. I would suggest a curtain to block off the area with the bunks though from the kitchen. It would help the little ones sleep longer. I will definitely rent this unit if we go again!! Words of advice, pack the bulk of your stuff the night before you leave and put it in your vehicle. The morning of departure is a nightmare trying to get a cart and use the elevator. Some people waited an hour to get on. My husband and brother in law finally just brought everything down the stairs one by one and we hauled it to our truck on our own cart. This, of course, has nothing to do with renting this unit from the owners. I would highly suggest using this space. It is perfect for 2 families!! Oh and they have fans everywhere in the unit. We loved that.
