The property itself was terrific - clean, well-equipped, comfortable with a terrific view from the 15th floor. Our stay ran from Saturday to Saturday, and when we first arrived at 5:00 pm (an hour after check-in time) the condo had not been cleaned with dirty linens in the floor and the beds stripped. The management company apologized and sent a crew to clean (and they did a great job), but that resulted in our check-in being more than three hours after the posted check-in time. The condo was advertised with two beach chairs and an umbrella, but the beach service told us on Sunday that our unit's management had not paid for the service. I called the management on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, each time the management company saying they would call me back. I finally got a call back on Wednesday after expressing my frustration with no previous response, and the situation was finally taken care of. The beach service was very kind and went ahead and let us use the chairs anyway, and I'm still not sure whose mistake it was. The wifi also did not work the first day, and I called and asked, and we did get notice from the property the next day with a new sign-in code. The property itself was absolutely terrific, and the price was very competitive. It would have been a perfect vacation if we had not experienced the few frustrations.
