Sunny Daze sleeps 6 guests and features beach views from the master bedroom balcony! This condo is centrally located to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre and 30A in the opposite direction, making it the perfect place to stay for events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and more. This condo is one your family will want to return to year after year!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those item's.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

This property has security cameras recording 24/7 at the front door / driveway and backyard that are there strictly to monitor the property when it is unoccupied, ensure occupancy is adhered to and to reference in case of an emergency or accident.
