Newly renovated and located directly on the beautiful white sand beach of Panama City
Beach at the historic Fontainebleau Terrace! Private and relaxing directly on the beach,
and centrally located close to restaurants, shopping at Pier Park, St. Andrews State
Park, Shell Island, and other attractions and entertainment. Guests have access to the
beach, swimming pool, shared patio, gym, and coin-operated laundry on 2nd floor.
Sleeps 4 with queen bed plus full size sleeper sofa.
The space
Historical Fountain Blue is the first beachfront vacation property built at Panama City
Beach. Conveniently located on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping at Pier
Park, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island…to name a few. Have fun at Hidden Lagoon
Golf and Race Track located across the street. Walking distance to the arcade, ice
cream, donuts, restaurants, and shopping.
Guest access
Guests have access to the beach, swimming pool, shared patio, and gym. We do have
coin-operated laundry on 2nd floor down from the room. Parking is allowed for one
standard size vehicle. Extra parking is located directly across the street.
~ WRISTBANDS ~
Guests MUST wear wristbands while on property. Up to 4 guest wristbands will be left
for you in the room depending on your party's size (based on the info provided at

booking). No unregistered guests - only the guests registered on the booking are
allowed to stay on the property, as that will be the amount of wristbands left for your
stay. Please leave wristbands on the dresser upon departure. $10 CHARGE FOR
EACH UNRETURNED WRISTBANDS.
 
~ PARKING ~
Parking at Fontainebleau Terrace is limited especially during peak season. There will be
a parking pass located in the room upon your arrival. This pass is required to be
displayed while parking on the property. Due to the limited parking there is only one
vehicle allowed per unit. The parking pass does not guarantee you a space, as they are
first come first serve. There is additional free parking to the left of the building along the
front of Bid-a-wee Beach and across the street at the old dollar store building.
