To help ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask all guests to complete our rental agreement (available to review before booking) and provide a credit card for a refundable security deposit hold. These items are required to finalize your reservation — if they’re not submitted, the booking may be canceled.

Must be 25+ to rent; the booking guest must be present for the entire stay

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washers/dryer, towels, and linens.

Decor and furniture may be updated seasonally for a fresh look
