This condo is also equipped with granite countertops, modern decor, and large flat screen TV's! Best of all, there are plenty of “front row seats” on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great and a lot of room. It could just use some updating (furniture in living room, dinning room and patio) and a DEEP cleaning.

All of the furniture in the condo was broken down. We couldn't sit in the living room at all. The chairs at the dining room table are old and the padding needs replaced. The mattress in the master bedroom as so bad, we went out and bought a foam mattress pad in order to sleep

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I could recommend is upgrade the pillows and mattress.They were a little uncomfortable but other than that the condo was wonderful and will definitely be back!

The resort is the best! Amazing view from the condo...and those are the only pros of this condo. My kids found the bedrooms with the double beds creepy. The bunkbeds in the bedroom with the queen were not stable! We used the mattress on the floor (which none of the mattresses were good. There were drywall patches everywhere that hadn't been finished and places that need to be patched. The furniture and decor is ALLLL BAD! Overall I chalked it up as you get what you pay for and this place would be great if they updated pretty much everything! The Master does not open to a balcony, the door is very hard to open and it has a balcony railing right in front of the doors. If you don't plan on spending much time in the condo this will serve your purpose I suppose.

Best family vacation!!!

Perfect condo for our family vacation, location was perfect for our family of 8 including two little ones. I had excellent communication with the rental office and questions answered in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and bed linens were provided. Fastest elevators making getting to the beach quick.

Lots of space for a large group. It was clean. Huge living/dining area. Furnishings are a bit of a dated mismatch of things. But I understand this. If you had all new furniture, cabinets and etc it would not stay perfect with multiple guests/renters. Appliances were nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were clean and pretty new.Multiple pools, tiki bars, and access to the beach. Store, food and Starbucks on site. It was great for us. We would stay there again!

Awesome gulf view

Overall the place was amazing with a stunning view from the master bedroom and the living room with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy your coffee. Downfall was the dryer was broken and I didn't find out until the washer was done. Otherwise it was a great family vacation, as everyone had enough space.

Great Trip!

The condo is super spacious. We had 4 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space to have fun! The biggest complaint that we had were the elevators. Being on the 24th floor, it seemed as if the elevators took forever with some being down. Other than that, the views were amazing!

Overall good

Plenty of space for 8! Be prepared to clean the floors when you get there. The littles feet were black after only an hour an a half from arriving. Furniture is worn and the cushions on the deck are pitiful. Love Emerald Beach Resort. Owner just needs to hire a new cleaning service.

The directions for getting parked & explaining how to get to the room from there weren’t clear. We had to call as soon as I found the parking garage. They did call right back. The size of the condo and the amount of storage and space were wonderful, but the unit desperately needs a deep clean. There were inches of dust on the fan, curtains, and lamp in the master suite. The living room curtains had visible mold on them. We also found a dead cockroach in the kitchen, under the dishwasher when we swept.The couches were extremely dirty—if you had lotion on your legs, you couldn’t sit on them because the dirt would stick to you. The twin mattresses need replaced as well; one had a spring poking through it. We ended up switching it with a mattress from the bunk bed just so my cousin could sleep.

Great Location!!

The location is great. Lots of options for food within walking distance. The kitchen was not stocked well with pot and pans and upon arrival many dishes and skillets were put away but not very clean. The master shower has mold around the ceiling. The living room furniture and balcony furniture was very run down. Overall we had a great time just spent time washing dishes a lot. The dishwasher was ran 3 times and dishes were still not clean. I was very disappointed the sliding door in the master bedroom would not open and it was not a balcony just full view windows. That would have been nice to know when someone is looking forward to sitting on the balcony from the master bedroom.

Family vacay

Had some issues with sheets for pull outs and the washer and dryer not working. We had fun and enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo was spacious for the 4 teenage boys we had. The condo was replacing two elevators in July. So waiting on elevators was an issue. I don’t understand why they would do that in prime season. Over all a great place to vacay.

Great Location and Great Value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in a great location. We were within walking distance of 2 good restaurants runaway Island and Sharkey's, Alvin's Island for shopping and Hidden Lagoon mini golf. The property was as clean as a beach property can get. Sand is to be expected. There were a few lights that didn't work. The bunk beds in the guest room are not fastened together. We didn't use it, but discovered it by accident.All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Room was filthy

Needs a ton of repair and a new cleaning crew. The beds had sand in them, floors were disgusting, dishes put up that still had peanut butter on them and the towels were sour in the washer. The twin bed is a box spring you’re sleeping on. The washer and dryer are awful and sounds like it’s going to take flight. If you charge that much per night you should update the room and have supplies .
