The view was great and the beds were not terrible. The complex itself is very nice. The pools are clean and I loved the presence of security personnel and the parking garage felt safe. The water pressure in the showers was no joke. I loved it but others in my party thought it was too much. We had some problems but had excellent communication with the host.

Great view of the gulf, great stay overall. The hot tub was over crowded by little kids. We needed to buy toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and dryer sheets. It would be nice if that was stocked a little better. We had a really great time, and will definitely be back.

This place was amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 9. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pools were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Management was great at responding quickly to any questions that I had. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay!

This is my second time staying at an EDCI managed condo at the Majestic Towers. Location was great and accommodations were perfect for our family. My parents, 2 young kids, new born, and 21 year old nephew all had a good time and were comfortable in the large unit.

Overall we were satisfied with the property. It would be nice if the main bedroom had a dresser or something to put your suitcase on and some hangers in the closet. It was our first family vacation in 13 yrs. We had a great time! We celebrated an engagement and a 5 yr cancer free. We would book this property again!

Our unit could’ve been cleaner and the furniture was dated and not in the best shape. Majestic Towers are in a good location and there was plenty to do. It was quite enjoyable waking up with a beach view while drinking my coffee.

Property was as listed. Great location and views from the balcony were awesome. The dolphins greeted us each morning. Host was quick to respond to everything.

The room was exactly as pictured and clean. We had a grrat stay and the view was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that there was some confusion regarding the parking registration as we did not receive the email beforehand to get that done prior to our arrival.

The wrist bands wasn’t in room and security sent us upstairs until we got them which wasted over 1/2 our day but was brought Sunday afternoon. Toilets wanted try to stop up some but not every time. Other than that was good plenty extra blankets, pillows and the beach wagon was very helpful. Did like the fact was plenty of security but not that they accused our 16 year old of drinking and kept watching her which scared her back to the room with us. I understand they need to watch but when there isn’t even a cup or drink they don’t need to be accused and then as much as peeking through a glass at a teenager. They went as far as telling her we got cameras and she told them they could go look and see she not drinking nor does she drink. As I said glad keeping eye but don’t need to make accusations without seeing it. Other than that our stay was great and enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. The condo was clean and in a great location. Having the 4th floor is great as well when the elevators get busy. We were able to check in early which was AMAZING and a great opportunity to take advantage of.

The condo has a nice layout but definitely needs to be updated and fixed up. The couches need to be deep cleaned or replaced, they are pretty gross. The master bedroom needs the closet cleaned out so people can use it or they need an armoire or a hanging rack or something because living out of a suitcase for a week is not fun. The toilet in the bathroom not in a room didn’t flush and fill properly. The view is nice, location is nice for the price, but the condo itself needs a little TLC.

I would not stay there again. Pictures were misleading. Paint peeling off walls and off kitchen cabinets. Supplies limited, only 5 forks for a condo that sleeps 10. Same on spoons, maybe 6. Ice maker didn’t work. Reported that maintenance couldn’t fix. No batteries in some of TV controls. We bought at market in resort at 7 for two and needed two sets. No broom to sweep floor, they did buy us a set and dropped off to us. Rusted set of chairs on patio. No where to really store your clothes in master. Closet had beach stuff in front of hangers and no dresser. Pull out bed on couch does not come out easily, it’s took us two nights to master the trick needed to do that. 1st night it was a 15 min battle. Definitely would not recommend this unit to others it was very outdated and felt pictures were misleading. We travel to beach yearly and often take our part of our large family, this was by far the worst condo we have stayed at.

We overall had a pretty good stay. The room was not quite as I expected. The floors were dirty the furniture was very out of date and no blinds on the balcony door. But the rest was fairly nice.
