MORE INFO: ALOHA Bahama Beach house is directly on the beach with a 60 ft wide Beach front deck with the most incredible views of the Gulf. The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bath with a brand new Hotspring hot tub that seats 7, a massive games room with "Safe for small kids" Rene Pierre telescopic rod Football table, arcade Pacman table and a 65" smart TV for game hook ups. This beach cottage was originally built in 1940 and renovated over the years but you can sill feel the charm from the original cottage. It is not a new home, but we have recently updated many things to bring this house up to working order so that you may enjoy your vacation to the fullest. We’ve invested over a 100k in 2023. The house is very private, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Located on Oleander Dr, this street consists ONLY of beach cottages that range from the 1940s to Brand New multi million dollar homes. The beach in front of the house is rarely crowded as there are no high density high rises or hotels nearby. No smoking, Pets allowed: 1 dog less than 50lbs $250 Non-refundable Pet Fee.
