Nauti kauniista Gulf Highlands Resortista lomalla Panama City Beachillä! Lomakeskuksessamme on rannan puolella oleva uima-allas ja klubitalo - 11 uima-allasta aidatulla alueella, shuffleboard, minigolf, kuntosali, leikkipaikka ja wi-fi-yhteyspisteet. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kotioveltasi Panama City Beach -sokerihiekkaan. Yksikkö on täysin varustettu vuodevaatteet seuraavasti: 2-queen-vuoteet ja 1 yhden hengen kokoontaitettava sänky. Täysikokoinen keittiö ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. 2 Omistettu pysäköintipaikka heti oven vieressä. Tämä yksikkö istuu pihalla uima-allas, tennis, shuffleboard oikealla puolella ovesi.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Having a Pool just a few steps out the back door was great as well! And it was just a short walk to the beach! Family vacation

We had a great time the place was very clean and had close access to all the area attractions. We were able to enjoy the beach as well as the poolat the condo. Which was just steps away from the back door. Would definitely enjoy staying again in the future.

The property needs updating and was dirty came into inches of water in the tub and not only that was watched the whole time and then evicted from the property and made to leave in the middle of thd night absolutely terrible

Good stay for our family of 4

Thanks Victoria for hosting us during our transition over to Panama City Beach. The location was perfect because it is only a few minutes of a walk to the beach and the heated pool is right in back of townhome. The kids were always entertained. The townhome is a little outdated but otherwise a good stay at a decent price. Oh and having a blender wouldn’t hurt either! Thanks again.

Awesome!

I brought my 3 children (21, 17, and 13) for a week. We all had a great stay. We loved that the beach was very close but not right on the water to avoid big crowds. We coame and went as we wanted and needed. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Place was very clean. The pool is right out the back door. Definitely a place to stay, relax and revisit in the future. Communication was easy too! Thank you Tori!

Accused of lying by the property manager

We were accused of breaking 9 glasses and having a pet in the unit when we did neither one. When I tried to explain to the manager that we did no such thing, we were accused of being liars and were told to stop explaining ourselves. The property manager is charging us our deposit for the damages when we did not do these things. Will not be coming back to this unit.

Love this place! Victoria is great!

This place was great! I have stayed in Gulf Highlands for the past 6 to 7 years, and Victoria is the best property manager we have ever rented from. My friends and I loved the screened in back porch and balcony. You have a pool right outside of the unit when you walk out on the back patio. The unit itself was very clean, and we loved the fact that the front door was a keyless entry. You don't have to worry about keeping up with keys. The walk to the beach is a little longer than we usually prefer, but the unit itself makes up for it. We already have our second trip booked for the year!

who took the curtain rod and valance?

Great place. Small. Neat. Tidy. Nothing fancy. I've put off writing this as I was so livid after being accused of removing a stupid curtain road and "frufru" valance from the living room window. There wasn't anything on the window when we got there but a venetian blind which was fine with me. Two days into our stay, my daughter went to do laundry and found rusty water leaking from the ceiling onto the washer. The "manager" said there was nothing above to leak in there. HO HO...except the hot water heater which had to be replaced. We also battled an ant problem on our own til we were so overwhelmed with the little devils I had to call. So we treated it like our own home and took care of biz then we were called thieves. NOT NICE.
