I thought this property was very cute and perfect location to the convenience of the town and beach but here were the issues as to why I did not give it 5 stars all around. When we checked in, the management had sent a text that they set up a portable cooling unit and left fans and dehumidifier to help cool the space down which means they experienced how hot it was. The downstairs felt great with the portable cooling unit but the upstairs were you sleep was unbearable. After the first night I had to ask for another cooling device for upstairs. I am just not sure why they didn't do that from the beginning to prevent such a poor night's sleep. Also, there were no beach towels, just regular bathroom towels, which we were not sure if they could be used at the beach or not and the bathroom sink area is very tiny so made it difficult to get ready. Perhaps if they had another mirror in the house somewhere it would provide an alternative from the tiny sink and mirror in the bathroom. I just thought it was a bit expensive for some pretty basic necessities like cooling, towels, and mirror/sink space. I would not recommend it for more than a couple.
