Barbarossa on kaunis kaksikerroksinen 4 makuuhuone / 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta Florida mökki tyyli kotiin Rosemary Beach. Tämä ylellinen koti sisältä�� oman uima-altaan ja sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla valtatie 30A: n eteläpuolella. T��mä koti on suunniteltu ja sisustettu moderniin ja yksinkertaiseen makuun. Tumma, regeneroitu puukalusteet ja kevyt liinavaatteet, t��mä koti tuntuu tyylikäs, avoin ja valoisa. Sisäänkäynnin j��lkeen kodin etuovesta kävelee ruokailu- / keittiötilaan, joka voi istua mukavasti 6 hengelle pöydässä ja 4 enemmän keittiön saari-laskurissa. Keittiö virtaa olohuoneeseen, jossa on pehmolelut HDTV: llä. Tämän kodin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on my���s makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja pääsy kodin yksityiselle sisäpihalle. Kodin p��ätasolla on puoli kylpyhuone, josta pääsee keittiöst�� ja asuintilasta. Suuri katettu kuisti johtaa uloskäynnin yksityiselle sisäpihalle, jossa on uima-allas ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille, jotka voivat nauttia aurinkoa ja rentoutua.

Kodin toisessa tasossa on toinen suuri oleskelualue, jossa on runsaasti istuimia ja taulutelevisio. Toisessa kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta, joihin mahtuu 8 henkeä. Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa huoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja pääsy kodin yksityisen toisen tason parvekkeelle. Kolmas huone on bunkroom, ja siihen kuuluu kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Myös täysin varustettu kylpyhuone p��äsee toisesta tasosta oleskelualueelta.
Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Rosemary Town Centeristä, paikallisista kaupoista ja hienosta ruokailusta suunnitellaan romanttinen pakopaikka tai perheloma kauniissa Barbarossa Rosemary Beachissä!

Two people in my party have mobility issues. The owner told me his house was not ADA compliant, but he omitted that the house is not even Florida Building Code compliant. Access into and out of the house was not safe. Access to the second floor was not code compliant. The kitchen window is rotten. There is rot and water damage at the outside porch. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing.

Wonderful home for a get-away in Rosemary! We've stayed here twice because it's beautiful, steps from the beach and town center, and we like the great little pool.It's also pet friendly! We had polite and fast communication with the manager and easy check-in. Only thing missing, that most other homes have we've rented in Rosemary, are bikes. Great place!!!

We had a really great stay at this home! The house was in a great location to the beach and town center everything is very walkable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty spacious. The kids loved the bunk room! Garage was small so no larger SUV would fit. Street parking was available though. Would definitely recommend this home!

We have stayed in this house several times and it never disappoints! The space and location are absolutely perfect. We have tried other locations in RB, however we always come back here. It is truly our special place for our family to reconnect in RB!

Great house!

The house was wonderful! Only downside is that the kitchen fridge and freezer is small. We had to run to the gas station every two days to get ice to store in our coolers. Other than that, we loved it!

Wonderful Location, almost perfect

This home sits in a perfect spot to walk to the beach and into town easily. The dipping pool outside is great when you want to just relax at home on a hot day. Our only complaints were the cleanliness. We like a very clean home and this was a 3 out of 5 for reference. Also, the remote to the television in the master bedroom does not work. If the property manager resolved these issues, I would highly recommend this property!

Spring Fling

Great house and location!

Everything was great! no complaints! lots of restaurants nearby! Misty was great answering all our questions! A couple suggestions for any future guests. In general it is probably the same for most of these rentals. Bring some garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Bring some insect repellent for the biting flies on the beach (in the morning). If you have young children and are not renting chairs and umbrellas, you cannot use "tents". So bring a couple beach umbrellas. Small stuff, great vacation spot!

The pirouette is beautiful! We had a lovely time. The upstairs even has a living room where chatting, laughing and catching up is easy. We thoroughly loved the location.

Rosemary Beach Vacation 2021

House was nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware you would ever need! Refrigerator was on the small side. Had two family rooms but neither was big enough for us all to get together for movies or TV. Stairs in the house and outside had no railings . The outside had no railings for steps up to porch or down to pool. No railing on porch and there was about a 3 foot drop off to pool area. We really enjoyed the pool though. Walk to beach was not bad at all. The balcony upstairs railing had a slat missing...big enough for a small child to fall through. Parking is a nightmare!!!

Misrepresented, dirty. lack of furniture, lighting, furniture dirty, Garden unkept, debris everywhere, grill rusted and filthy, no instructions for TV's or channel index , chair cushions outside spotted and dirty, and mildewed, dog toys found under furniture, electrical problems, leaky dishwasher, washer leaked down into kitchen, silverware damaged from disposal, electrical outlets in upstairs fall out of wall. Too much money for this nasty house.

Miss it already, can’t wait to go back!

We were so happy with our spring break stay in this beautiful home! This was perfect for 3 adults, 3 teens and a 13 lb dog. The courtyard was so pleasant and we spent a lot of time on the porch and in the pool. Although the pool was on the smaller side, the adults and teens enjoyed using it everyday. The teens spent hours swimming in it daily. The fee to have it heated was well worth it. It was refreshing after a day at the beach. We also appreciated that the porch was on the side of the house rather than the front which offered some privacy. The outdoor shower was great after returning from the beach and for rinsing off beach gear. The gas grill worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans//utensils/grill utensils. The coffee maker was a a combo k-cup and regular pot. We ordered a grocery delivery from Publix and the kitchen was easy to use for cooking meals. The large kitchen table was great for game nights with everyone. We were impressed with how clean the house was upon our arrival. It made us feel comfortable, especially during the pandemic. The beds were comfortable Although a tight fit, we were able to park a Lincoln Navigator in the garage. Close on-street parking was available for our second truck. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and to shops & restaurants. The Disneyesque neighborhood was very quiet yet close to the action of the shops/greens. We rented chairs at the beach and were happy to not have to scramble for a good spot everyday or worry about carrying chairs/umbrellas over beach accesses with steep stairs. Misty from property management was awesome. She was very responsive and easy to work with. We called on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Misty replaced a shower curtain for us and a light bulb in a bedroom lamp. The pool heater stopped working and fixed the same day for us. Misty was also very helpful and answered many questions for us before we arrived. Such a great house! Can’t wait to rebook!

We felt like the property was misrepresented in the online photos. It was much smaller than it appeared online. We love Rosemary and have stayed there many times, more than 15-20 over the years, and have friends that are owners there. The house was overall poorly lit and dark. Toilet paper hangers were falling off the walls, a lamp was broken, some chairs were wobbly. The bunk beds were not made up when we arrived. The bottom sheet was on, but I spent 30 minutes putting on the top sheet and comforter. Also, there was only one pillow available per guest. Normally we have experienced having at least 2 pillows per guest with some extra pillows, cases and blankets stored in closets. There were ample towels and washcloths which was nice. The appliances were nice and there was plenty of cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. Overall it was a nice stay and our family had a lovely time although short!

Great location very close to the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is well equipped. Property manager was very responsive when we had a small issue with the pool alarm.

Great location!

My family of 3 and friends with their 2 kids stayed here for our spring break vacation. The property was a great location! We couldn’t have planned it any better as it was steps to the gorgeous white sand beach, and steps to amazing shops and restaurants. The property was a perfect fit for the 3 kids and 4 adults. It was beautiful inside and out. The management was quick to respond with our additional need for parking as our suv would not fit in the garage. We also needed the pool heated for an additional fee. The pool did appear larger in the photos and is more of a hot tub but our kids had a blast playing in it. The king bed downstairs was a termperpedic and we were not used to this type of mattress, but we’re able to manage some sleep. Overall we recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!

The house was very nice. Beds were comfortable and linens fine. The living room Slipcovers should be cleaned. Outside pathway lights need to be replaced. Renters should be aware of how short the garage space is so that a large SUV won’t fit in. The parking pad outside garage would be unavailable if a renter was staying in the carriage house and needed to get in their garage space.

The location to beach, shopping and restaurants was excellent for all occupants. With 10 guests we found the common living space to be tight. But there was an additional TV room on the second floor. For the price, we found the property to be tired and the interior could definitely have been cleaner.
