Tämä tilava 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto odottaa innokkaasti saapumistasi! Erinomaisella paikalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä hiekalta ja majesteettinen merinäköala 7. kerroksesta.

Emerald Isle sijaitsee Panama City Beachin länsipäässä vain muutaman minuutin päässä Pier Parkista. King-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa. Parivuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Queen size-vuodesohva oleskelutilassa. Sekä makuuhuoneesta että olohuoneesta on näkymät merelle. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. TV ja DVD-soitin kaikissa huoneissa. Ilmainen kaapeli-tv ja Internet-palvelu. 10 ja puoli jalkaa olevalla parvekkeella on pöytä, jossa on 8 tuolia ja kaksi sohvaa. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu lämmitetty sisä- / ulkouima-allas höyryhuoneella, ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja kuntosali merinäköalalla. Allaspaviljongissa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja grillausmahdollisuuksia.

The view is wonderful, and the furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. This unit is directly across from the elevator, but the noise was minimal during our stay. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would expect, and the appliances are fairly new. The only minor issues with the kitchen are the lack of a garbage disposal and no lid on the trashcan. The beds are comfortable, but the couch in the living room could stand to be replaced; I would recommend sitting outside to enjoy the view anyway, though. I highly recommend Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar across the street as well. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. Clean, plenty of space, and an amazing view from the large balcony. Nice pool area and very easy access to the beach (chairs & umbrella service included). Easy drive to the restaurants, shopping, and pier. We also drove the other way toward 30A and the towns of Seaside & Grayton and made a stop at The Big Chill (used to be called The Hub) for shopping, food, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again.

Best on the beach

The porch overlooking the Gulf was our favorite spot . The breeze was wonderful and the view of the Gulf and beach was amazing. Two large dolphin played right in front of us every morning. We really appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella.

Property was nice. Decorated well, Nice appliances. Really nice balcony and furniture. I do think the sofa and fabric chairs need to be cleaned. I understand it is a rental, but it should be cleaned occasionally.

Beautiful condo

It was exactly as described. Very clean! Loved the balcony. Twin beds need new mattresses but other than that all was great. I will say, there wasn't many shops or restaurants in walking distance. We don't like to drive once we arrive. Mike's across the street was good and Marocs delivers. The elevators were right outside the condo and we never heard any noises. We had a great 4th of July trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you Helen for a memorable stay

Great stay and location!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, spacious and you can’t beat the beautiful view on balcony, which was also pretty big. The hot tub is pretty big and that was a plus for my kids. There are two swimming pools and one is partially inside. All the rooms have pretty good size tv’s. Lots of closet space and extra storage in the guest bathroom. I really enjoyed the location because it’s not extremely crowded, but it’s just right down the road from Pier Park. Also, there is a dog park right down the road that my kids really enjoyed visiting. There was never a long wait for the elevator. Even if it was crowded there are several elevators so that kept the flow going fast. Overall, this is a great condo and we would stay again and again.

This condo was perfect for our week stay! The easy access to the Beach and the Extra large balcony was my favorite part! It was the 7th floor, which was close enough to the beach to see and even communicate with our teenagers, if needed. The view was PERFECT! Looking out the large windows, the ocean was straight ahead! You did not see the beachgoers and it was not so high that you were looking down at the ocean. GORGEOUS! So many hours sipping coffee on that balcony.

Great View!

Our family of 5 had a great stay! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! The owner even gave us a list of items they would provide so we didn’t have to guess on what we needed to bring. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chair service, as well as parasailing through a service right next to the resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Clean Condo

This condo was beautiful, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and had beautiful and comfortable balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Helen the property manager was wonderful to deal with and very accessible if needed. Wish we could have stayed longer! Only downfall, covered parking is one way in/out and is very tight if you have a big vehicle.

Great balcony, great view

Condo is on the 7th floor which is great. The balcony is one of the largest of any condo we have stayed and the balcony furniture was very comfortable. The condo is as represented in the listing. Overall I can recommend this condo and would rent it again.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the location on the quiet west end. The unit was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the oversized balcony with cushioned furniture and fantastic view.

Panama Beach Get-A-Way

What a lovely 2 bedroom condo. Originally there was going to be 3 or 4 adults, but it ended up being only 2 adults. This 7th floor condo was high enough to see the entire beach area without it being too high. We loved having the bonus of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included during our October visit. The kitchen area was plenty big with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The refrigerator was magnificent. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with a bathtub (not that we needed the bathtub). The condo was close to Pier Park with plenty of browsing and shopping. The only negative part of our stay was the very crowded dinner time restaurants. You might consider cooking in the updated kitchen instead. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Failed Beach Vacation

Rented unit for 5days hoping to get a quiet vacation. We’re both in our 70’s and really don’t use the amenities. Just want to watch and listen to the water. Turns out the property was doing concrete restoration. Jack hammering all day. Owner knew about this and chose not to let us know. Guess she needs the money. What a waste of our money. Would NEVER recommend this unit or any units this host has to offer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
