The pictures listed do represent the property well, however you cannot see all the broken pieces throughout. Here is a list: no light bulbs in 2 out of 3 lights in spare bedroom, 2 out of 3 lights in kitchen, blinds in bedroom did not cover the window, with approximately 8 inch gap at bottom where light is coming in from outside all night, laundry washer knob was broken off, kitchen island had a broken piece laying on the floor, kitchen faucet was so loose I thought it was going to fall off, dishwasher was missing a wheel in the bottom rack making it difficult to pull out, living room blinds were broken at the top, barstool seat was completely broken off from the base. Completely disappointed in the quality of all furniture & appliances. It appeared to be the cheapest you could get to say you had those items in the property. Unfortunate quality for such a beautiful view of the beach/water.
The property management did send someone over to “fix” some things, However, he brought some light bulbs and fixed the bar stool, saying he would come back later & he never returned.
Lastly, it was nice that this was a “gated property” however, one night we were returning from dinner & the security opened the gate & the gate fell on our vehicle. The security person did not say anything, no sorry, nothing. The lack of apologize or even acknowledging the accident to me was completely poor form.
