    Welcome to Splash 1102E!  This 2 bed/2 bath beachfront unit is beautifully furnished and located on the western end of Panama City Beach! This stunning condo has an open floor plan with granite counters in the kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Check out the spectacular Gulf of Mexico from your private 11th floor balcony, the living room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom! The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo! The guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk bed for extra sleeping space for all the children!  There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room!  This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people!! Make yourself right at home, take in the endless Gulf Views, and create vacation memories of a lifetime at Splash 1102E!

    Splash Resort in Panama City Beach is a fun-filled, gulf-front condominium that is perfect for families. Splash has 2 towers with 21 floors, decked out in bright colors and splashy designs! There’s a seasonally heated covered pool, a seasonally heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a lazy river pool! You’ll also find a kid’s mini-water park complete with water slides, water cannons, and bucketloads of even more water! There’s even a toddler-friendly splash pad. Enjoy the convenience of Alvin's Island Beach and Convenience Store onsite and the covered parking garage. There’s also a fitness room overlooking the Gulf, and community BBQ grills. Excellent Family Beach/Pool Vacation Location

Excellent location for a family that wants to be able to chose between beach and pool time! Our family of 7 loved the ease of access to the beach and numerous pools for all ages. Definitely would stay here again.

Love Splash in general. Loved this unit. Beach decor was perfectly executed without being overdone. After having stayed in multiple units I will rave about the quality of the dryer…fast and efficient! Only recommendation to the owners would be a different bedskirt on the master bed because no matter how many times I fixed it, it was laying back on the floor within hours.

This condo was the perfect get away for my family and me. The views are phenomenal! The beach is fantastic! There are heated pools and many seating options by the pool. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a life saver!

Check in process was super easy. Kind of confusing because of the two buildings but easy to figure out. Room was spacious, could of used a deeper cleaning. Beds were ok. Location was great. Just ride the elevator down to the pool and beach. Be aware beach chair service sets up so if you put your stuff out they will move it.

This was our 2nd time staying at Splash. The kids love the splash pad and pools, and we all love the location! It's quiet, but still close to restaurants.The condo was nicely decorated, and the bunk beds were perfect for our kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked, though we didn't cook there. My only complaint is that they didn't have even salt and pepper. I get not having lots of spices, but those two are pretty basic. But, all things considered that's a very minor complaint. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Fall Break 2022

Our family of 7 stayed here for our first week of fall break this year, and it was an amazing experience! The double bunks made a great separate space for the older boys, while the master had more than enough room for the adults and infants. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a few times during the week, and the living room was big enough for all 7 of us to spend evenings together. The view was breathtaking - we saw all of the jellyfish and (we think) even a shark at dusk. I would absolutely stay here again, especially since the price was very reasonable when so many others were not. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed splash but!

Splash it self was really enjoyable! 1102 condo was very nice and beach themed BUT needs a new cleaning crew! Shower curtain molded , sliding door for balcony very hard to open and close, just not cleaned like you would expect it to be!

Perfect for Family Vacation

This is the perfect place to take your family for vacation. It has everything you need without having to leave the property! It also came with 2 free beach chairs which was very helpful with small kids. The condo itself was nice but not as clean as I would have liked it. Our feet were brown from walking on the floors within the first hour we got there and I was very upset to find the coffee pot had not been cleaned, I don’t think ever. But thankfully there was a coffee shop downstairs so everything was still great! We will be back

Very enjoyable

Overall very pleased with our stay. Me, my mom, my daughter, and my best friend stayed and were welcomed with a really sweet gift on the table upon checkin. The room was exactly as described and the beach chairs included were a nice bonus to have! Only issue was I didn’t receive a check in code until a couple hours before check in, after several emails, so I’m not sure I would have received it had I not started asking early. It didn’t become an issue though and they responded quickly! The pool was pretty cold as it’s mostly shaded but the splash area for kids was very nice my daughter loved it.

Great vacation spot, great for kids

The unit was very spacious. It was just us 2 adults and a toddler, so there was definitely room for more if needed. Property is great for kids with all the pools and splash play areas. It's also nice to be able to grab a bite to eat right there by the pools too. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals too, which we did. The pans were a bit scratched up and could be updated. That was the only negative thing about the unit. Other than that it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Splash Resort

Trying to get an elevator at check-in was awful. You couldn’t find a cart to bring your stuff up. They have everybody checking in at the same time and the elevators are not air-conditioned. You were constantly during your stay, waiting on an elevator. The couch was dirty. The pillow on the couch was visibly dirty. Both chairs were dirty. I they really need to replace both the chairs and the couch. The condo itself is very is nice. The beds are really comfortable. The floors were not mopped and your feet were black after walking around in the condo. The rug was really dirty looking also. It’s a nice place and great location it just needs a few up dates. Great spot!

Everything was clean when we arrived, check in process was nonexistent- you just go right up and use your code. You do have to rely on the gift shop to be open when you arrive to get your parking pass- which is $30 extra. The unit itself was as expected. I was surprised it was not super stocked with many dishes, and no beach items to be found in the unit (which was not advertised, but what we typically encounter at condos in pcb). I like that it's further down the strip so you don't have much traffic at all, and a quick right out of the parking garage is an easy drive to back beach road (pcb highway I think it's called now), which is where all the store etc are located. My only 2 complaints are: The master bedroom head board is not flush against the wall, so ANY movement in/out/around the bed creates banging on the wall.. imagine parents surprise when they're on vacation at the kids resort and their only saving grace is stalled by a shaky headboard. :D My second complaint is the dryer shrieking, moaning, metal on metal grinding is not a great addition to background noise. Especially for the ones sleeping in the second bedroom, located right beside the dryer. Even with the door shut it could be heard even in the master bedroom. So just be aware of that before doing super early or late laundry.

Nice condo

The condo was nicely and up to date. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Living area is sufficient, but would be very small if all beds were occupied. The pool and commons areas are great. All were heated except for the waterpark which was as cold as ice and not usable for that reason, which was very disappointing because that was one of the main draws for us to the property. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and enjoyed the property. Cleanliness would be my only complaint. Some of the common areas were a little dirty. Our room was ok, but it needed some touch ups. There was trash and dust bunnies under the beds and dressers, some mildew on the shower curtain and caulking, and the rug didn’t seem like it was vacuumed well before our arrival. It wasn’t anything to keep us from coming back, but definitely worth nothing. Overall, we had a great stay!

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation

This place was great for our family vacation. We have two young kids and they loved the pools and water park. The condo is family friendly and was very clean. We had one issue, not with the condo itself, with the above unit and RealJoy was very responsive and handled it quickly. Great communication, thank you! I loved the email they sent a few days before recommending you bring additional items like soap, paper towels and trash bags. That saved us money and time running to the grocery store! Beautiful waterfront

We had a great time staying in this beautiful condo with gulf view balcony, the kids loved to pools!

Beautiful getaway

Overall, the location is perfect. My family enjoyed the beach and poolside locations. The only feedback I would have is to have a cleaner condo (dust bunnies under furniture, crumbs on kitchen surfaces, sock found under bed). I did notify the host but stated it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Overall, relaxing and quiet area. Highly recommend!

Good stay, cold Waterpark

We had a few problems with this rental, but after calling the property manager we received a very fast response and had the issues taken care of. I was disappointed that the water was so cold in the mini water park. The whole reason we booked this place was for the mini Waterpark. It was very windy and a lot cooler than normal. Over all it was a wonderful stay. Would stay here again.

Would stay here again

Everything was for the most part perfect in regards to this condo and the resort. We enjoyed ourselves. Only wished the lazy river was heated as we were looking forward to this amenity but due to the weather the lazy river was ice cold. If I could change on thing the condo didn't seem to get below 74 even when set on 70. The weather was mild so it wasn't that bad except at night trying to sleep the condo was too warm for solid sleep for my family. I do want to say that anyone from the resort we ran into was very nice and friendly. We will stay here again just in warmer months.

Close proximity to airport, restaurants and attractions.

Great experience overall! Resort offered great amenities. However, master bed was not made when we arrived and the AC unit did not cool lower than 73 degrees. Would definitely stay at Splash Resort again next year!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and very well kept. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. My only complaints which seem like minor inconveniences are only 1 operating elevator which made it take a lot longer to go anywhere and the master tub did not drain very well. Otherwise the stay was perfect, the weather was great even for December-January. I would definitely stay again.
