Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, a gorgeous one-bedroom, two bath condo situated on the 2nd floor and providing the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters. By being on the 2nd floor, you can park on the 2nd floor and walk to your unit without ever getting in/on the elevator (Parking garage crossover is located on the 2nd floor). If you want to hit the beach or use amenities, you can use the stairs or elevator. This building being 30 stories, the elevators are heavily used during peak vacation times. With you renting this unit, you will NEVER have to worry about the elevators during peak seasons.

When you enter the condo, you will find your master suite on your right, which features a comfortable California King bed, flat screen tv, and its own private bathroom. Walk down the hall a little to find the bunk beds perfectly suited for the kiddos and a hallway bathroom all to themselves! Up next the fully-equipped kitchen, which leads into the open dining and living area. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa equipping this condo to comfortably sleep six. This property comes complete with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. Last but not least, step out onto your beachfront balcony and take in all the beauty - this will probably become your favorite spot! Come make this unit your home away from home this year and it may easily become your go to vacation destination for years to come.

Tidewater boasts so many amazing amenities that you won't know what to do first. Tidewater rests on 600 feet of sugar white sand with plenty of room to play in the emerald green waters. You can start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony, or head down to the on-site coffee shop. Ready to work-out? Tidewater features a beach front state of the art fitness center with a Roman Spa. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, no worries... head down to "Liza's Munchies" and let them fix you up with a bloody Mary and a fresh cooked breakfast. Now its time to get ready for some fun in the sun and head down to either of the two 4,300 sq. foot beach front lagoon pools. The east pool features a tiki bar with kids or adult drinks and a food menu (summer) . Forget something... no worries, head into The Flip Flop Beach Stop located on the Tidewater Boardwalk for STAR BUCKS, beach toys, sunblock, toothpaste, or anything you may have left behind. When the kiddos are ready to move on to the next activity, send them to the game room on level one. On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, take advantage of the free movie in the Tidewater movie theater.

PRIMARY RENTER IS REQUIRED TO BE 25+ WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS.

If you wait until the last minute to register, you will be required to pay $50.29 (resort fee) (per party, NOT per person) at the registration desk, where you will receive wristbands and a parking pass. This is typical for most PCB resorts.

Register 24 hours before your check-in date and time (4 p.m.) and ONLY pay $39.59 for your registration!!

Renter will be asked to sign a rental agreement for the association and unit#204.

City and county taxes are included in the nightly rental rate.

The property does have a ring doorbell (video & audio) on the entrance door.

Snowbirds are ALWAYS welcomed.
