- Guest and vehicle registration is completed and paid for through a link sent ~1 week prior to checking in. Guests can get up to 1 parking pass ($35) and 4 wristbands ($6/each). These prices are NOT included in the booking price. - There`s not a washer & dryer in the condo; however there is a paid laundromat on the 1st floor.
- There is no washer or dryer in the unit, but a convenient (paid) laundromat is located on the first floor.
- The following are prohibited: smoking, vaping, pets, parties, unauthorized guests, golf carts, slingshots, etc.
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
