    Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico await at this beachfront condo in the beautiful Calypso Resort & Towers! Stunningly positioned right on the white sand beach, this property will treat you to 1,446 square feet of elegant living space with a private balcony, a prime location within walking distance of Pier Park, and incredible on-site amenities that include two swimming pools, a gym, a tropical bar, and plentiful activities for guests of all ages.



    You'll find this Gulf-facing condo at the Calypso Resort & Towers, a manicured resort property known for its fantastic beachfront location. Take a break from swimming and sunbathing by strolling to Pier Park a quarter-mile north, where you'll have your choice of 124 stores, an assortment of restaurants, an IMAX theater, live music performances, laser tag, a Dave & Busters, and so much more. You'll also be less than a mile from Gulf World's dolphin and sea lion shows and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and just a few steps from the resort's dive-in movies, volleyball tournaments, and other fun-filled activities. If you're an angler, the famous Russell-Fields Pier is just a few hundred feet away.



    Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

Over all a nice place. A few maintenance things would help improve the stay, but over all a good place to stay and would stay there again.

Great for thunder beach

We love staying at Calypso for Thunder Beacg because of the short walk to venders, Donovan’s and Pier Park. And of course it’s on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a convenient location

We loved our stay here! Perfect size for our family, clean unto and easy access to the beach l, pool and shops. We’d definitely stay here again but will bring our own pillows next time!

Living area and rooms were very clean and nice. Great Balcony and view of Gulf!Pool was very dirty. Skimmer wasnt doing its job. Water temp was very good for Oct. Tiki bar hours of operation are poor! You can't claim to have a tiki bar if its almost never open. Toilets stuggle to flush

View was picturesque and the unit was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was how complicated it was to get parking. Vacasa was no help after several texts and phone calls. I had to wait till the HOA office opened in the morning to get parking situated. Luckily Calypso security let us park in the oversized vehicle overnight.

Check in was very easy. They called a few hours after we arrived o make sure we were satisfied. Condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo and beach

The condo was nicely updated with a great view of the ocean. Pier Park was only steps away with all the restaurants and shopping you could want. St Andrews State Park is about 20 minutes away and worth the drive

A quick getaway

We spent 6 days at this condo. It was just as advertised. We were impressed with how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. We had a great location…on the beach and within walking distance to shopping and dining. We would book here again.

Great unit!

This was our favorite unit to date at Calypso. The decor was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. The toaster was broken upon arrival, but they had a new one delivered the same day I reported it. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun Times

Great location and mostly comfortable. Bunk beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Some of the blinds in bunk room are broken. Even though we lost power for the end of our stay we managed ok. No deal breakers here and would book again.

The Perfect Spot

This condo was in the perfect location and the perfect size for our family. The view was beautiful and communication was great with the property manager. I would just suggest a few cleaning supplies for those that are staying for more than 3 days and fix the few things that were broken. As for cleanliness….it was pretty clean. Needed more attention to the floors though. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities

Great location for a family-oriented trip. Plenty of beach items in the laundry room closet including umbrella and chairs. Perfect view of the Gulf and the pools. Comfy beds and couches, plenty of towels and full-size laundry. Might consider bringing heavier blankets if you get cold at night as there are only sheets and light blankets on the beds (which is probably fine most of the year, we just ended up with a few colder days). May want to pack some coffee filters — the ones in the cabinet are too small but we got creative and made it work :) We stayed comfortably with 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids’ only complaint was the slow WiFi but we actually kind of liked it bc it kept them off their tablets lol. Short walk to Pier Park, easy pool & beach access. Would definitely book again if we stay in PCB!

Tv do not work.

Master bedroom TV did not work with No remote. The bunk bed room tv would not work either. Light out in hall way.

Great Location!

We had a great stay at the Calypso! We felt safe the whole time on the property and the beaches were breathtaking. The property itself was not cleaned very thoroughly it seemed, the refrigerator badly smelled like fish and did not go away while we were there like we had hoped it would. Also, the bedding seemed to have a good amount of sand still on it from previous use. The two larger rooms were comfortable but the third had some bunk bed mattresses that badly need replaced. Luckily our boys just shared one of the larger rooms with more comfortable beds. The complex was great and so close to Pier Park! This was so awesome on nights we didn’t want to have to drive anywhere but still wanted food, shopping, entertainment, etc. We would probably stay at the Calypso again but may look for a different unit . All in all though, we had a great time and enjoyed our time at PCB.

Beautiful place, not so comfy beds!

The condo was beautiful and well-equipped! Property management checked on us several times to ensure everything was good. As I mentioned to property management, two out of the three beds were uncomfortable. The bunk room had a metal frame that squeaked when you move that kept the kids from sleeping and our friends staying in the master bedroom said their bed was extremely uncomfortable. Both of our friends...we travel with them often and they never complain about the bed. (I was glad we lost the coin toss as to who got the Master bedroom!). And lumpy pillow city!!! Bring your own pillows. That as well as our feet being nasty if we walked on the floor without socks (the floor wasn't mopped well) is why I didn't give it 5 stars! If they remedy these issues, it will most definitely be a 5 star.

The Condo itself was nice. The issues we had were the living room TV remotes did not work, even after changing the batteries. The second sink in the master bath was clogged and it was hard to coordinate schedules with Maintenace so it was not fixed before we left. The wifi did not work well. It would just spin. It would connect for a few minutes then be kicked off again. We did like the location as it was within walking distance to pier park. The biggest issue was the huge fight rings on the beach directly below our condo EVERY night. 100's of teens/college aged people literally fighting. We called security and was told that their jurisdiction ended at the pool. Understandable, but they were so loud. All the units around us were complaining. Why cant Calypso call police? We were told we had to call. We did not but units around us did. After looking online, I realized these fight rings are common all year round and Calypso is the meet up place for them. We could not take our kids crabbing at night on the beach for fear of these fight rings. We will not be staying at Calypso again for this reason. There also are very few pool chairs. There is room for more, however they did not have many out.
