Property is in need of a major renovation overhaul. There was rust and mold in our room. Even mold on the walls in the little holes. Hence the black spores on the wall. Bring cleaning supplies. The carpet was extremely filthy causing our room to smell like wet dog as soon as we entered. We had to leave the balcony door open at night to air out the room for the duration of our stay. They really just need to pull this old carpet up. Couldn’t change rooms due to the hotel being sold out. The actual hotel location is wonderful as there are great dining options and the beach is not crowded. I would suggest staying elsewhere in the area until the hotel gets renovated. The staff is nice and the cleaning staff do clean the rooms daily. However, the dirty carpet, rust, and mold need to be addressed. Also the 3rd floor ice machine is the only working ice machine and it barely works.

Wonderfully close to the beach, nice full fridge in room along with microwave. First bedroom could have benefited from blackout curtains, too much light came in at night from the outside lights. Would stay again.

Place was really dirty , carpet was disgusting dirty shower tub was clogged as you showered all the dirty water would stay . Place was not like this last year totally don’t recommend and it’s expensive too !

Decent hotel...it is a little out dated...some areas beat up and rough...room was nice...balcony was cool with good view of ocean...certain staff members were great....others were terrible...sundays bartender was rude and non personable....overall a good stay tho

Everything you would expect from a 2star hotel. Beds were comfy. Everything else was run down, so dont expect much. Sheets were stained too, so we tossed those immediately. You are paying for the amazing location. Quiet beach, no big crowds. Beautiful clear water.

Awesome location, right on the beach! Beautiful pool, great staff for the most part, only one girl at checkin could have been friendlier, but everyone else was great. Room was clean, bathroom is small and the lighting was very dim in the bathroom. Please put a brighter light in bath of Room 409! Elevators were a little fussy at check-in but seemed to work fine later. The pool was sparkling and refreshing! I will be back!

Upon check in, the girl at the front desk was less than friendly.. she informed us we were early and said she would call us when our room was ready… she never called us … when we finally checked in… her poor attitude made us feel terrible that we chose that hotel. The furniture in room is about 50 years old. The front door was all sprung and was hard to close. We left after 1 night and spent the week at another hotel.
