Beachy Chic Home on Persianlahden näkymät!

Tämä koti tarjoaa neljä makuuhuonetta ja neljä kylpyhuonetta, ja voi nukkua jopa 12, 10 vuodepaikkaa ja 2 vuodesohvalla. Koti on pidetty huolellisesti ja on sisustettu kauniisti rantakivisellä tyylillä.

Ulkoasu sopii erinomaisesti perheille, jotka matkustavat yhdessä tai jotka haluavat runsaasti tilaa perheelleen. Kaksi makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone. Ylimmässä kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode; pohjoisin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa oleva makuuhuone on ensimmäisen kerroksen makuuhuone ja siinä on king-vuode. Toisessa kerroksessa toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi valoisaan ja ilmavaan huoneeseen, ruokailutilaan ja keittiöön, jossa on kaikki mitä perheellesi tarvitsee valmistaa piknik rannalla tai paikallisen keittiömestarin isännöiminen omassa yksityisessä ateriassa. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös etelään päin oleva parveke, jossa on keinutuolit rentoutua ja nauttia tuulista Meksikonlahdella. Lapset nauttivat omasta tilastaan - toisen kerroksen kerrossänky, jossa on neljä erillistä vuodetta ja yhdistetään kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on moderni, vapaasti seisova amme, suuri laskuri, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta ja queen-size-vuode. On myös ylimääräinen alue viihdyttämiseen televisiossa ja vuodesohvalla. Kun astut ulos, kodin kohokohta on näkyvyys - suuri, mukava ulkoterassi, jossa on minijääkaappi, grilli ja televisio. Parvekkeella on laaja näköala Meksikonlahdelle, ja se sopii erinomaisesti nauttimaan kahvia auringonnoususta tai cocktailista auringonlaskun aikaan.

Kätevästi Seacrest Beach Northin eteläisimmällä laidalla sijaitseva koti sijaitsee helpon kävelymatkan päässä South Waltonin kylästä ja helppo pyöräretkelle Rosemary Beachiin. Beautiful and spacious home

This home was beautifully designed and with the layout across three floors, provided everyone enough space between two sets of grandparents, parents, and kid. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The proximity to the beach allowed a shirt and direct jaunt to the ocean, though the tram option was also nice to have for the grandparents. We had a lovely stay and plan to return!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, clean, and very large - more than enough room for our party of 6. Conveniently located within walking distance of food, shops, ocean, and pool. Benchmark was great to rent from and highly recommend! It should be noted that the designated Rosemary beach area for this property is very small. This was the only downside but a big deal for us. We ventured out to visit the many little beach towns along 30A and found a lot of gorgeous, spacious public beaches to visit instead.

We walked to Alys Beach and downtown Rosemary with no problems. The only issue we had was lack of supplies. Coming for a weekend we didn’t want to have to buy extra toilet paper and garbage bags. We’ve never experienced that before. There were also no beach/pool towels and we were forced to use our bathroom towels. We didn’t go to the beach but we could only imagine how gross they would get.

We did not feel crowded and were able to really enjoy the common area on the 2nd floor. Finally a house with plenty of seating!! The walk to the pool was easy & quick. We LOVED the location - close to shops, easy to grab food, and Starbucks. The tram came quickly when we called. Finally, it was super easy to communicate with the host. We hope to book this house again.

Glad we were able to come in a day early which accommodated an early flight. Also great layout w 3 Kings for a larger family w kids bunk room. Downstairs King needs replacing as large divot in bed and turning made no difference. Made a request for sheets for the pullout sofa. No response. Would stay again as common areas were comfy. The kitchen was stocked w ample dinnerware and pots. We enjoyed cooking together. Upstairs balcony a big plus. Beach toys and games were nice. Close to everything. Would remind all guests to bring beach towels. We forgot!

Review

The house appeared to have not been cleaned just straightened up. There were still things present from previous guests left out on counter. The floors throughout were so disgusting just walking barefoot from room to room our feet were black. My shower wasnt clean nor was the one on the 2nd floor. We didnt have sheets for the pullout. We only had 1 towel per guest which meant we were constantly having to wash our towels. We werent provided with any full supplies, we have a quarter of a paper towel roll and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and none were new, they were all about half used already. We were told there were 8 bikes only to find out it was only 4, the description also listed surround sound for music on deck upstairs but there were no instructions and no info to attempt to figure it out, the fridge wasnt cold, it took 2 days for our items to start getting cold.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with two couple and two small children. The upstairs balcony is a wonderful place to hangout. The beach was only a 7 minute walk, much quicker than waiting on the tram. The pool was also only a 5 minute walk. We appreciated the bikes on the property and used the natural gas grill on the upstairs balcony. We were disappointed in the kitchen, it wasn’t stocked with cookware the way we wished it was. There was also only ceramic dishes. We would have loved some cheap plastic plates so we weren’t so concerned with breaking something with the kids. The other downside that we didn’t pay much attention to in the listing is the living room is on the 2nd floor. So no matter what bedroom you’re in, prepare to climb steps. May not be the best for someone with mobility issues.

Great Location, Poor Cleanliness

Location is WONDERFUL! Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants, and, shops. We loved the location. Property management company was responsive throughout our stay and immediately addressed issues we first discovered. The property was NOT clean and upkeep is not good. This includes: Black mold in showers, clogged sink (full of hair), 3rd floor grill that was covered with grease and food, 3rd floor deck area (kitchen area) that was covered in smoot, grease, and dirt. Third floor deck area that has dirt and black mold/smoot on the doors. The oven was not clean and had food particles and drippings inside (this cause the smoked alarm to go off when we attempted to use the oven). We found 3+ cockroaches during our stay and the main level (send floor) bathroom door could not be closed all the way and locked. Property management company did clean oven, fixed the bathroom door, brushed down the grill, and unclogged the drain. This was appreciated however, the grill area was not cleaned. We cleaned this ourselves and documented with pictures. The property has so much potential with a proper cleaning and upkeep as the location in second to none.

Location, Location, Location

This property has the perfect location. It is one block off of 30A, meaning you have about a two minute walk to shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 min walk to the pool. The location made our vacation so easy and enjoyable. There is a free tram available in the neighborhood but we didn’t have to use it because we were so close to everything. The Seacrest Beach community is charming and feels very safe. The kids loved riding around the neighborhood on the 4 bikes that came with the house. The property had plenty of room for our two families of five. Everyone had their own space and it did not feel crowded. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most meals at the property. There is a grill on the 3rd floor deck. Check in/check out is a breeze. The management company was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions. The only negative thing that I can say is the management company supplies very little extra in terms of household items like dish soap, Kleenex, laundry pods, etc. Be prepared to buy those things if you are staying longer than a day or two. Not at all a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. We had the very best time and will definitely book again!

Great House, Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family. The location was great. Walking distance to the pool, and the tram stop just a few steps away. Also, a quick walk to the beach without taking the tram. We would rent this space again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off I’d like to say the area was great. The house could use some work. The first night we got there I spilled a few drops of water on the ground and wiped it up. Seeing all the dirt on the napkin made me think that maybe the floor was dirty so I wiped a few other spots and found out the floor was disgusting. There was food everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned a a very long time. With us having young children we couldn’t keep it like this. My wife and I spent the entire next morning mopping the three floors. furthermore, two of the King beds were completely uncomfortable and need to be replaced immediately. One was completely flat and felt like sleeping on a board. The other was as slanted in myWife’s side and appeared to be broken.

Great house for families traveling together!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in Royal Seaview. We traveled as three families with small children, and the layout worked great: two families stayed on the first floor (each with their own bathroom) and one on the top floor, with the kids in the bunk room on the middle floor. (The only downside was that every bathroom is connected to a bedroom, which can be tricky if you want to use a bathroom after the kids are asleep). The house was clean and as pictured. It was a pretty short walk to the beach, though we’d recommend reserving beach chairs because it was fast enough that lugging chair’s and other stuff down there got old (if you take a wagon, they make you carry it all the way down the stairs to the beach, which from a practical standpoint means carrying a wagon full of stuff down the stairs unless you want to make multiple trips up and down). The house is very close to the shops/restaurants in Seacrest, and a short walk to all the stuff in Rosemary Beach. The top deck was fun for hanging out and grilling. The property management company was quick to respond and fix an issue we had with one of the A/C units. Overall, was a fun place to stay.
