Beautiful Fully Renovated Condo

Edgewater Beach Resort offers amazing amenities for the guest that wants it all without having to get in the car and leave the resort. Enjoy an on-site golf course, tennis and basketball courts, a kid's splash pad, a private beach, 11 heated swimming pools, and 4 hot tubs all located on the premises of the resort.

The newly renovated condo sleeps 8 with a cozy king bed in the master, a comfy queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and twin over double bunk bed in a nook for the kids and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious open living and dining area boast amazing views for everyone to enjoy. The pristine kitchen has everything you will need. This unit is equipped with 2 full size bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the other off of the hall. The balcony offers spectacular views and a place to relax with your morning coffee.

Please note: Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may register another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The condo itself was very comfortable and in a great location. The living room right off the balcony is beautifully decorated. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the resort property as well. I saw them out every morning cleaning the pools and the hot tubs and getting them ready for the day. There are convenient restrooms right beside the pools that were also consistently being cleaned throughout the day. Loved the onsite restaurant as well. The only thing that could make this condo better is including beach chair setup. However, I did know that wasn’t included before our trip, I was expecting it to be more affordable to rent them once I got there though. It was not. 500 for the week is the quote we got. Not a deal breaker for this condo though, it is very nice. Excellent balcony view!

The condo itself was great but not a fan of Edgewater. The resort claims a huge section of beach, making everyone who brings their own beach gear to set up on a small section. The condo does not have a reservation for the edgewater’s umbrella/chair sections, so you have to bring your own. People start putting their gear on the beach as early as 5:30am. If you’re not down there by 6:30am, you’ll be about 4 rows back off the beach. The front door to the condo is heavy and slams shut if you’re not holding it, which is a huge hazard for young kids. Security at the resort is a joke. Teenagers kept jumping off water fixtures into the pools and were constantly running up and down the hallways, screaming and cussing. Inside of the condo was very clean and the views were amazing. I’d stay again if it wasn’t for the resort. I’ll definitely never stay at an Edgewater property again.

Great Family Getaway

We visited this beautiful condo for Easter break. The condo provided an excellent home base for our family of 6. After amazing days of activity at the resort pools, tennis/pickleball courts, beach, fishing, and local eateries, we all had space to relax and recharge in comfort. We would definitely return!

Perfect Vacation

This condo was even better than the listing described. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. Wonderful!!!

Did not want to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint is the shower heads. There was hardly any water pressure and the water stream was tiny so it took forever to fry and get clean. Especially for my daughter who is 5 but has waist length hair. Definitely need better shower heads! Everything else was amazing!

Beautiful Spring Getaway

The property was very clean… spotless! The property has very nice furnishings and very well appointed decor from top to bottom. We experienced a couple small issues, (1) with the wrong beach access code, and another with no hot water the first day. The hot water was repaired immediately after the issue was reported. The day time host very very responsive and checked on our stay multiple times. (Just and FYI for the host, we didn’t use the on suite bath because the water from the shower head sprayed on the ceiling tile.) We knew the condo was newly renovated and there would be some small issues. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an above average condo in the Edgewater Resort.
