The condo was perfect for the 6 of us (which included a 4 and 5 year old). Nice size kitchen with beautiful counter. Perfect table for dining. Great wrap around patio with awesome table and chairs. Great view of gulf and Pier Park!

The condo was nice and clean. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Having a snack bar was convenient. It was also located close to a lot of restaurants and activities. The elevator was a little slow at times due to the number of people using them and the garage was tight but other than that this was a perfect place to stay.

The condo itself is amazing! The parking garage and elevators are busy but if you are willing to be patient and take your time it’s not bad. Great place with a great view and great pool!

The unit is lovely! It is clean, comfortable, and has tasteful “beachy” decor! We had plenty of space for my husband and myself, my parents, and my two children. I’m terrified of heights, so staying on the 20th floor was an adjustment!

Perfect for our Family

Our stay was great. Wanted to let you know that when we got to room there was a little hiccup. The parking pass was not there and had to get a temporary. Also, no dustpan so I was unable to sweep up all the sand. Sorry!

VRBO was awesome!

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful, decor was modern and brand new. Very clean. It's on the 20th floor and other people said during peak season this could be a challenge. We didn't experience that at all. The pool was great too! Security was pretty strict, but it made us feel safe. One trip up, they forgot to pay the electric bill and we had to move to another condo for 24 hours. VRBO managed to move us right next door. We were very blessed that could be arranged. We never did hear from the owner which would have been nice. The condo next door was awesome too!

Last Second Adjustment due to Hurricane

We adjusted to PCB because of the hurricane. Ad was not accurate as there were only 2 BR. Property staff was rude and not friendly at all. It was as if they all didn’t like their job. Contacted property to discuss but no return message was sent. Wristbands didn’t work even when replaced 3 times. Asked for new ones at property and were told no. Not enough elevators you’ll wait a long time to get down to ground level. Will never stay at Shores of Panama again. Not a fun property.

When picking a rental I like to read complete reviews to get a good idea of the condo, so here goes.The bunkbeds are open to the hallway. They are not in a bedroom. This is fine as long as you know. Kitchen. Keurig coffeemaker (full pot and single cup) looks new, toaster, blender, pots/pans, utensils and very pretty plates and bowl set.Three full bathrooms. Towels, hotel size hand soap, shampoo, conditioner , 2 toilet paper rolls, and hairdryer.View is amazing!Pool is nice but freezing!The Management Company was very responsive and kept in contact. We were able to get in the condo early for 25 at 2:00 pm.Bring your own pillows. After taking off the decorative pillows, the sleeping pillows are so flat and floppy.The Queen comforter was filthy.The elevators take forever. Be prepared to wait.The parking garage spaces are tight. Guests fly through and don't take into consideration the tight corners.After getting out of the hot tub we realized we all stunk like BO so bad. We ran up to our room, took showers and washed our bathing suits. It was probably due to all the people in there.Other guests are very loud outside the bedroom windows. A lot of running overhead and in the hallway.One of the toilets wasn't clean and I had to really scrub it. It was disgusting so just make sure things are clean first. Plus, the silverware tray was full of water so we ended up just throwing it all in the dishwasher along with all the plates and bowls.Condo itself is very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I gave 4 stars on general condition because a few of the kitchen items (the blender and coffee maker) were dirty when we checked in and had to be cleaned, and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work for us. Other than that, it felt like we stepped into the pictures from the website.Now, the resort itself, Shore of Panama, felt like a Spring Break destination the entire time we were there. We had to wait up to 45 minutes for an elevator during the busiest times. The entire vibe of the property was 18-24 year-olds walking around in their swimsuits shotgunning beers, blasting rap music throughout the hallways and on the beach, smoking weed, and talking about all their parties and other escapades to each other whether children were present or not. I would 100% rent with Four Star Condo again, they were great. I doubt we will ever go back to Shores of Panama though.
