BlueFin Retreat villa is #1504, near everything you need for an amazing vacation (beach, lagoon pool, activities, restaurants) yet in a peaceful section of the resort for quiet, relaxing nights.

The BlueFin Retreat villa is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground- floor condo that looks over the golf course and pond. With an open layout in a comfortable setting, you will have ample room for you and your traveling companions as you enjoy all the amenities of Edgewater.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all you need including a full pot and an individual cup coffee maker, crock pot, pots/pans, utensils and all you need for meals and snacks. The kitchen overlooks bar and dining area with seating for 8. The living area is large with a Smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and access to a covered patio with seating to enjoy the starry nights and water feature of the golf course.

The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, ample storage and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV and access to the second bathroom. There are two twin rollaway beds for additional sleeping space.

Rounding out the conveniences for an ideal stay at the BlueFin Retreat are a full-sized washer and dryer and high speed fiber internet to help you stay in touch as well as provide exceptional access to streaming services via the Smart TVs.

A seasonally-heated pool is right by our villa which sleeps a max of 6. No pets or ESA allowed.

For sports and fitness, you can get your fix just steps from our villa: enjoy a round of golf on the par 3 executive 9 hole golf course, a game of tennis or pickleball on Plexicushion courts, or play some shuffle board or basketball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment. Note that all sport courts, golf and the fitness center require an additional fee.

The beach and all resort amenities are within walking distance or a short ride on the Resort’s complimentary tram. Just over the pedestrian bridge to the beach side, you'll find a spectacular lagoon pool, four hot tubs, Ocean's Bar & Grill, Blender's tiki bar, and Edgie's Market featuring Starbucks, ice cream and a bakery. A children’s splash pad is perfect for the kiddos and there’s even an airbrush shop for souvenir t-shirts.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Long weekend getaway

Property is one of the nicest I have stayed in. Kitchen is fully stocked, anything you need for cooking they have. It’s so clean and all appliances and furniture are super nice. If I had one recommendation it would be the showers need to be upgraded. But I will definitely stay here again. It’s absolutely beautiful.

Resort with lots of fun included

We loved the condo! Clean and well cared for. The benefits of the resort were a true plus. Tram rides to the beach and the 11 pools on the property. Plus 4 hot tubs! Parking was simple and right outside the door of the condo. We loved walking to shopping and to several restaurants so the location was fantastic. Definitely planning another trip off season.

Spring Bike Week!

Very neat and clean, well-maintained villa. The check-in was a breeze; parking passes were ready, and we unloaded trailer and parked across street, and they gave a band for the bikes. Trish is a great host and is only a phone call away if you have a question. I hope we can stay in you unit for the fall bike week.

A Diamond in the Rough!

Absolutely amazing! The condo is BEAUTIFUL. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. The location is unbeatable. The tram is amazing so no hot and sweaty walks to the beach. Family oriented. Personal pool just around the corner for only people staying at the resort. Peaceful. Larger pool, market, and restaurant just over the pedestrian bridge. Greatly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking here again!

Perfect location for a getaway

My husband and I went to PCB with friends recently and stayed in the Bluefin Retreat. We love Edgewater and were excited to find this super cute villa. It was perfect for our trip--close to the beach and many restaurants. The condo was clean with comfy furniture (loved the beds!). We sat on the patio and enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. The host answered all questions quickly and was very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Bluefin Retreat definitely a keeper!

A last minute trip turned into an awesome discovery. We love Edgewater Resort and now can add the Bluefin condo as a favorite. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all you would want. Don’t hesitate to book Bluefin, you won’t be disappointed.
