  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We felt like this unit is definitely in need of upgrades, maintenance and general TLC. The issues we saw were:*Walls and base boards very dinged up*Rusty shelf in master shower*Very generic shower in master compared to second shower*No pantry*No screen in living area sliding door*Screen in master door ripped and has tape on*Sand in sheets in Murphy bed *Chairs and pillows in living room very stained*Only one tv is internet capable *Kitchen trash can needs replaced, especially when it’s the first thing you see walking in unit*No hand towel rack in either bathroom*Very inconvenient parking*Mold in both bathroom/shower ceilings*No stoppers work in either bathroom sink*Inadequate utensils/lids in kitchen *Several light bulbs not working *Master bed needs replaced, always sink to the middle *No cords provided for dvd player in bedroom Over the last few years we have stayed at several condos in Florida and Alabama. For the price that is charged for a one week stay this unit was by far the most underwhelming and disappointing.

Pretty condo

Pros: The check in was smooth. The condo itself is very bright, spacious and pretty! The building was kept clean. The washer and dryer were great and very easy to figure out how to use! The beach and the balcony view was beautiful! Cons: The refrigerator light was out. The microwave light above the range wouldn’t turn off. The TV and remote in the bedroom next to the laundry room wouldn’t work so my son had to watch TV and set up his Xbox in the living room. The biggest issue was at times the door wouldn’t open when we would enter the code. It lit up green because we had the right code but the door wouldn’t open. Good thing someone was inside the condo whenever that happened! Kitchen utensils could use an update like getting rid of the broken handled spatula!

We worked directly with RealJoy company for all information. I would book with them again. They were very easy to do business with. The condo is in a great location, has gorgeous views, and is very spacious. However, this condo needs a deep cleaning - walls, doors, baseboards. There is black mold on the ceilings in both bathrooms. In the master closest to the beach, black mold is all over the shower. There is also a gross very rusted shelf that should be removed. There are very few pots and pans to cook with - we choose to eat in most days/nights. There was only one kitchen towel and one rag. I slept in the master closest to the beach, and the bed was comfortable but the bed skirt was very dirty. My sister said the bed skirt in the room with the queen bed was dirty and ripped. This is an easy fix. None o the TVs in the bedrooms worked. This is a great condo, but whoever owns it seems to have given up, and that is a shame because it really could be great!

Screwing people with cleaning fees

The stay was Great!!! It’s just ridiculous that the place was NOT clean at all!!! I had to pay for cleaning services, when I had to personally clean to stay! I felt harassed with the parking! Had my orange ticket in window for 2 whole days never moved my car then put up window visor cause it was so hot and they want to leave threatening note about being towed cause they couldn’t see the whole ticket!!! Yet my vehicle stayed park in the same spot our entire time there!!and they saw my parking pass the other days!!Im sure the person that owns the place would not be happy at all!!! Especially for all the MOLD that was everywhere!!!

The experience was overall amazing. Everyone in my group had a great time. The only complaint we had was there was only one roll of toilet paper and we didn't want to buy a huge pack of toilet paper for the amount of time we were there.

The staff was always outside checking the parking lot and cleaning the lobby, elevators and restrooms! Super clean condo and the room was very nice. Allow thing we were disappointed in was the size of TV in Living Room we were going to watch opening day of college football and the TV was super small (however it looked like it was due to a broken TV and it not being replaced yet) We actually moved Master TV into Living room for GAME DAY!!! Great condo, really crowded area

I have stayed at several condos around the area, overall my stay was ok. Great view, spacious living room, great master. The bad was that they had a broken table that I called as soon as we we settling and nobody came to fix it even after my second call. The beds were really weak. The hotel itself was nice and elevators working.

Great View

We loved this condo. The view was great and rooms were spacious. The Murphy bed in the living room was a plus. The family before us apparently left a mess, so due to the extra cleaning needed, we weren’t able to check in until 6:00pm. Other than that one hiccup, we had a great time! The condo is within walking distance to some restaurants. My teenagers enjoyed the freedom of getting to walk around without the parents. It felt like a very safe location.

cleaner there needs fired

The property is just as pictured. But is very dirty. Our feet were black within minutes of walking on the grimy floor. I’m fairly certain that it has not been cleaned well in a long time. There was mold in the master shower and black stuff in the toilet from where it had not been cleaned in some time. The cleaners had taken two small sheets and tried to make it fit onto a king bed so they met in the middle which was weird and had to be taken off and we had to buy a sheet at Walmart since there were not any extras. We found socks under one of the beds when we were picking up to pack to go home. We also found a pair of swim bottoms under the sheets in one bed. We had a crazy day just getting to pcb when we got there and I didn’t feel like calling to try to get someone to clean the room. The amount of cleaning needed would’ve put us out of our room for a long time. It was spacious enough for our big group. The pool is on the smaller side. But I did like not having to wear wristbands like at some other properties and I liked the extension mat after the walkway to get onto the beach. We did have a good week but it was like staying in a roach motel. But at a very premium price! For 4500$ you shouldn’t have to see mold or dirt anywhere. It should be absolutely spotless. ☹️ *I would upload the pictures I took if could*

Family beach trip

The accommodations were as described. Nice small property. Would liked to have had a bigger pool but overall property was clean and accommodating. Good security on property and parking area.

Could be alot better

Condo looks nice as advertised BUT... MOLD on the ceiling and walls of master shower. FLOORS FILTHY our feet black from the 1st hour. AC UNIT NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. AIR NOT COOL OR DRY. VERY HUMID EVEN WITH DOORS SHUT ALL DAY OR ALL NIGHT.

The best view with a GREAT view…

Pictures do not do this unit justice. Very nice and spacious property. I would recommend letting guests know there are luggage carts located on a different floor. We did not know that when we first arrived….. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back. Thank you!
