Beach view and 1st floor access was wonderful, however condos furniture, curtains, pillows were extremely dirty and even were showing wholes… closet door broken. kitchen area needs a complete over haul. We covered all furniture with extra sheets and made do. Owners need to invest in some updates…These places are expensive to rent and should be kept updated.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!Let me start by saying in no way do we expect perfection but in 30 years of going to PCB, this place was the worse ran/unclean place we’ve ever stayed. As soon as you walk in, all trim, floors, etc all dirty. Beds all had stains all over the sheets, the mattresses all looked like someone had stood on the bed and peed all over them. I spent the first half day of my vacation here cleaning what was a “cleaned” unit. Not to mention, no access to anything to clean with so I spent 80 as well to get mop, broom, cleaning supplies etc. We then figure out after getting our groceries that the refrigerator wasn’t working. So our food spoiled because after submitting 4 service requests with no response, I finally was able to talk to someone and they had no idea there was a request even submitted. We were told someone would come repair. We have no idea if anyone showed up because no notices of entry was left at any point but the fridge randomly started working shortly after so my assumption is someone came into our unit unannounced and fixed it. At no point did we get an apology or any kind of compensation offer for our food. Through our stay our fridge seemed to be ok until 2-3 nights before we left when we realized it wasn’t cold again and guess what, no one showed up to fix so we lost all fridge items again. The balcony furniture is 10 years past its prime, not to mention if you sit in them you’re staring at the top rail so the view is non existent. Terrible owners

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and loved the convenience of being on the ground floor. It made access so much easier, especially with kids and beach gear.That said, the condo could use some upkeep. The faucets need repairs, the shower curtains were moldy and should be replaced, and the sliding door in the master bedroom wouldn’t open—so we weren’t able to access the balcony that way. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and the floors were dirty enough that we had to wear socks indoors.The issues were mild, and I didn’t reach out to the owner during our stay since we were on vacation and didn’t want to deal with “business.” I just think they’re things the owner should be aware of.Overall, the condo itself was comfortable, and we still enjoyed our time there. With a little attention to cleaning and repairs, this place could be great.
