Kuvittele täydellinen lomasi yhdellä maailman parhaista rannoista Panama City Beachin parhaalla lomakeskuksella. Kohokohtia ovat 2 lahden edessä olevaa uima-allasta Tiki-baarilla, lämmitetty kausiluonteisesti, kuntokeskus, 500 metrin sokerinen valkoinen ranta, uusi Dan Russell -kalastuslaituri vieressä ja Pier Park -puisto helpon kävelymatkan päässä. Jännitys kasvaa Pier Parkissa vaiheen I ja II loppuunsaattamisen myötä. Kauppojen joukossa ovat Target, Grand Theatre 16-Plex, Dillard's, JC Penny, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Back Porch ja Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. Monet muut erikoisliikkeet ovat myös auki. Voit myös nauttia henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Meksikonlahdella tämän kauniisti sisustetun seitsemännen (7.) kerroksen, 2 makuuhuoneen ja kerrossänkyn parvekkeelta.

Tässä yksikössä on monia erityisominaisuuksia, jotka lisäävät nautintoasi: täysin varustettu keittiö, graniitti työtasot keittiössä ja kylpyammeissa, baarikeittiö, 9 jalkakattoa, laattojen ja laitteiden päivitykset sekä täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu pesutuvassa. Ylellinen majoitusta jopa kahdeksalle vieraalle king-vuoteella, jonka päätyynyn päällä on Englander-patja, kuningatar-sänky vierashuoneessa, kerrossänky, jossa kaksi erillistä ylä- ja alaosaa, ja kuningatar-vuodesohva.

Kaikissa huoneissa ja kerrossängyissä on televisio, jossa on Blu-ray- tai DVD-soitin. Erityisiä tapaamisia ovat 47 tuuman teräväpiirto-LCD-televisio suuressa huoneessa, 40-tuumainen LCD-seinälle asennettu televisio isäntälaitteessa ja 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio vierashuoneessa. Kerrossängyssä on taulutelevisio.

300 dollarin vakuus pidättää varauksesi, ja täysi maksu erääntyy vähintään 3 viikkoa ennen vuokrausta. Varauksen tekevän henkilön on oltava vähintään 25-vuotias ja hänen on käytettävä omaisuutta koko varauksen ajan. Vuokraamme viikosta toiseen, kevät- ja kesäkuukausina, lauantaisin tai sunnuntaisin sisään- ja ulos. Muina vuokra-aikoina on vähintään kolmen yön oleskelu.

Very nice! 7th floor location perfect. Elevators never crowded and quick. Condo itself is great, updated, comfy, well stocked with all dishes and utensils. Easy walk to Pier Park. The included beach chairs were a nice touch. No negatives at all. Also very close drive to Walmart/Target and other restaurants. Would definitely return! Bob the owner also very communicative and helpful. Book with confidence!

Best Unit ever booked

This unit was nearly perfect. The 7th floor is the ideal floor, not too high up, but not too low to the ground. The condo was packed full of all the basic essentials you could need. This complex, the Calypso is just walking distance from the Pier and shopping centers. Just around the block from Walmart, so helps to beat the traffic. Love that there is 2 pools to help avoid overcrowding, a tiki bar, and even a shop downstairs for anything you may need to buy like sunscreen etc. The elevators can take some time waiting, but for the most part it wasn’t as bad as expected. The only complaint I had about this unit, is the third room that is a bunk room, the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool as well in there as the other two rooms. But it still wasn’t that bad. I would for sure recommend this unit to anyone!!!

Calypso beach getaway

We had a great time in PCB and the condo was everything we could have hoped for. From check in until departure, we enjoyed everything our property had to offer. The pictures online don’t do justice to the condo. The owner provided us with all the info we needed to show up and have a great stay. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Incredible Views

The Condo is spotless and the view is Incredible. If you want sunset pictures, this 7th floor condo facing the ocean fits the bill. The king bed in the front bedroom is the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in a long time. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and for a vacation I can't imagine needing more. We were also surprised that food delivery, both restaurant and markets were no problem.

Great time!

The property was great! The master bed was so comfortable and we slept great! The space was very clean and the owners were responsive when we had questions. There were many items we could use in the kitchen and the laundry room. We appreciated all of the amenities at this property. The only con is the condos do not enforce keeping canopies from the front of the chairs. If you have a large vehicle, parking is tight but the Osprey next store will let you buy a parking a pass and this made it so easy to drive our truck throughout the week. We will definitely stay with this owner again!

Great play convenient to everything

We enjoyed our stay! The facility was kept very clean. Room was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was a little noisy at night outside in the beach with tons of teenagers hanging out during all hours of the night, but that is the only complaint. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would stay here again.

Early Summer Stay

We really enjoyed the location of the 7th floor condo at the Calypso. The unit was very clean, nicely finished, and was stocked with everything we needed for the enjoyment of our beach vacation. It's within walking distance of Pier Park and other restaurants. Something to note, if you want to use a luggage cart, you have to leave your ID in order to check one out. We were not aware of this. When we went to get one, the attendant had a stack of 50+ ID's in his hand and I didn't feel good about the process so we made a couple of trips and carried all of our stuff. This is a building requirement, not from the owner. We would definitely book this condo again!

Amazing Host & Condo

I’ve been going to the panhandle for over 20 years, this was overall the best experience I’ve had. It’s was the extras that made this condo, the hand soaps in cute bottles and toiletries, amazing walk-in shower, the best mattresses and pillows. The host was amazing to work with. We had car trouble and had to stay an extra day. The host was so caring and helpful, he checked on us to see if we were ok. I can’t recommend him enough!

Perfect!

I have rented many Florida condos over the years and this was by far one of my favorites. Reserving the condo was a breeze. Communication after reserving and before check in was quick and easy. The condo itself was the perfect floor. 7th floor is not too low and not too high. Location to shopping and entertainment was great. The unit was beautifully decorated. Simple but elegant. Loved the shiplap accents. The beds were extremely comfortable. I took pictures of the brands of the blankets and pillows so that i could purchase them at home. The unit was huge. Plenty of space and very well stocked with everything needed. Loved my familys stay at this condo. Highly Recommended!

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is beautiful and it overlooks the white sandy beach. During our entire visit the water was emerald green and blue, so clear we could see the sandbar through the gentle waves. The condo was very clean and had the kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make meals. Also, the owner was helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Last-minute getaway

This condo was perfect, from the location to the layout and view. Being on the 7th floor was high enough for a great view of the ocean but not so high that the elevators were an issue. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Robert was very responsive and accommodating even with our last-minute request for an extra parking pass so our friends who were staying in Laguna could join us on the beach. We will definitely be back!
