Brian was a fabulous host. He replied to emails promptly and was very cooperative helping us through a communication problem with VRBO apps. The location at Carillon is very convenient to just about everything you might need or want while at the beach.

It's sad

We go to Carillon at least once a year. I was also in the same building for several years. Unfortunately, this apartment was really the worst. The equipment of the apartment was old, and all dirty. The sofa was full of old stains, there was dust on the ceiling fans, curtains, shelves and in the kitchen, hair on the bed. Kitchen equipment was dirty, toaster, mixer, which does not give confidence to use others so we washed everything again. We contacted the manager and told her that we don't like how dirty the apartment is and how we should proceed. The manager suggested that she would send a cleaner there again and she would fix everything. She also informed us that she is the best cleaner and that we should not be worry. Unfortunately, the cleaner came but she cleaned the fan, emptied the toaster and washed the mixer. she just left the rest as it was. We didn't use the toaster anymore. We didn't discuss it further with the manager, I'm not a supervisor but I'm a guest, I don't want to do work for someone, I'm on vacation. It is worth noting that the condition of the entire building is deteriorating year by year, with dirty elevators and corridors. it's a real shame because the location is beautiful. M&D

Brian was a great host, he was quick and responsive with any questions I had. We had a great time. The beach was clean and beautiful. Easy walk to get there. Complex seemed to have everything you might need. Pizza restaurant was great. Thank you!

The property and surrounding area exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, and communication before and during the trip was excellent. The bed was so comfortable, and the linens (sheets, towels, etc) were amazing. They even had dehumidifiers to prevent the damp air feeling you can sometimes have at the beach. The walk to the beach was easy, and we loved having access to the pool nearby. The beach was never crowded, and the included chair and umbrella were a game changer. We loved the condo and the shops/restaurants nearby. We would absolutely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn’t fit and kept coming off. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked for the size. Would like to have seen updated furniture in the den. Great location and communication from the property owner. Quiet end of floor unit.

much needed get a'way

5 night stay, everything was set up as said. Perfect unit for my daughter and I. Wifi was good. Mini kitchen with full size fridge, stove top and no oven.No biggie, we worked around the no oven. Condo is part of resort so you have some restaurants to get food at and you really do not need to leave if you do not want to. Quiet too. Hot tubs , one was cold, warm one was dirty, but that's not on condo owner. Will definitely come back if its just me and 1 other person.

Great stay & location

The condo is very nice and the location is great. This is a corner unit so it is larger than the middle units. We stayed two nights and it was perfect for us as a couple. Very nice pool and easy access to the beach. The small cafe at Carillon is great for breakfast as well.

Hidden Gem

We love the Carillon Beach area and have stayed at the inn many times. The location is quiet and uncrowded with white sand beach and clear water, but its also conveniently located to grocery and restaurants. Being an end unit, it feels more spacious. The larger balcony of an end unit was definitely a bonus! The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bed is also very comfortable. Beach chair service is a huge bonus!!! I cannot say enough good things about the host, Brian!! He was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with, and very helpful! One of the best hosts we've had! Wonderful spring break trip!

Great area

I love the Carillon area. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, and the beach is never crowded. The property was nice and clean and great for a short get away. My only suggestion would be to clarify that the washer and dryer listed under amenities is not in the unit, but a coin operated one in the facility. Other units we’ve stayed in this facility in the past had the washer and dryer inside the condo. Slight inconvenience as I prefer to rent units with that amenity. But other than that, everything was great!
