The location and view from the house was awesome! The check in process is very easy. The home was very roomy! There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room. As far as supplies, there was absolutely nothing. One of the rules is to take trash out, there was literally the garbage bag in the can in the kitchen and that was it. There wasn’t even a garbage bag in the can on the first level and no extras anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The owners were extremely helpful and got back with us quickly with any questions that we had. One thing we would recommend would be to have more drink glasses and cooking utensils furnished. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great location

The location was great. The home was perfect for what we needed. The only down side was there was a few small repairs that need to be made. And the king mattresses could be more comfortable.

Really great place!

We loved every minute here. Waking up to that view every morning, was like a dream. The house was large enough for our family and was modern and updated. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall good experience! Would book with Blue Swell again!

The location was great and the view of the beach was perfect! The walk to the beach was not bad at all; however, the code we were giving to the beach access did not work. We later found there was two codes listed in the description. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath did not work. If more than one shower (4 total in the house) was being used at once, the water got cold. The freezer door did not close all the way, which made our frozen food not stay as cold as it should. The ice maker on the fridge would not produce ice. Everything else in the house was good! Everything was very clean and well stocked!

Through the stay there it was awesome, the property was lovely and nice I needed help getting in when we first arrived but we was able to get right in with the help of the number that was provide I would recommend everyone to stay here

Family vacation

Excellent beach house. Location was great directly across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. House was as described and very spacious for our large Family of 10. When we arrived we were short a few washcloths. I messaged and they were very quick to respond and meet our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was okay

When we first arrived at the home we pulled up and there was garbage out by the road over flowing comdoms on the ground the inspector woman said it was not ready yet that the cleaning crew did not do a good enough job. We waiting for over an hour the inspector lwt us in and they said they would send a cleaning crew out. Never did! Long drive about 19hrs from Michigan, so we went to sleep right after dinner. Next morning husband walks out on back balcony. Cuts his foot on glass!!! We call the company. She first asks we why I didn't report the glass sooner. Like our family had a big bash or something. Finally after waiting on hold for over 45min some cleaning crew shows up at the house to clean up the glass on the back balconies. Also, tell us about how the people left it a mess the night before. Also there are alot of expensive fees for cleaning ect... especially when it was not cleaning. Pics with time stamps if needed!!

Girls Trip 2021

The condo was very nice and spacious. Convenient to local restaurants and has the perfect view of the beach. We did however have an issue with ants located in all the bathrooms. The balcony doors were hard to lock and unlock and the smoke detector started beeping at 2:00 am due to the battery going dead.

Summer vacation

The location of the property was great, the. Bedroom with the twin beds was smaller than what I was imagining. I agree with everything that reviewer Jessica said that left a review on aug. 10, 2021.. we checked in on aug. 11 2021… check in was after 4, the room with the twin beds was smaller with no tv, the dryer lint thing tore up a couple bathing suits, a tank top etc… the washing machine was disgusting it had mold around the rim… there was trash left behind the bed in the bedroom on the main level. Oh and the outside trash was over flowing and we had just arrived on Saturday and were responsible for taking it to the street for Tuesday morning pickup..Now the good stuff beach access was perfect, the house was good except for the minor issues discussed above. Location was good.

Beautiful view, easy beach access, clean property

We were happy with the ease of booking, the hospitality app and check-in was available right on time with a code (despite learning that 4:00 checkin wouldn’t be guaranteed & would have a window from 4:00-7:00). We had issues with the doors not latching/locking on the bottom floor which was a security concern and it took several days for a locksmith to remedy the issue. The dryer lint catcher was broken/jagged and ripped a bathing suit and a couple of towels. This was not fixed during our stay and the property management don’t offer to reimburse for our damaged item or inconvenience of unusable appliance. Recommend bringing dryer bags if this issue hasn’t been fixed. Beyond these maintenance issues, the property was extremely convenient to the beach and nearby grocery options with a beautiful unobstructed beach view. The main level of the home was great for gathering as a group with an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and comfortable sectional. One big disappointment was no table or extra chairs to gather on the deck as a group to enjoy a meal or the view. We found it odd that a house that sleeps 12 only had 2 Adirondack chairs on the deck. None of the backside of the house decks had any seating. The double bunk room was basically a closet and too tight for our teens to use it. Might work fine for younger kids but our teens preferred the pullout couch in the ground floor. We’d recommend moving a bunk set to the big ground floor living space which would make the top floor room more comfortable. No TVs in the main level king room or the bunk room. The house did not have any beach chairs, so plan accordingly. We would recommend the home but a few extras could make the home even better.

Great location!!

We spent a week here with a family of 12. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The walk to the beach was so convenient. Would stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION

This property was everything we were wanting and more! The location was perfect. The beach was easily accessible across the street and was very secluded and private. There was no issue with finding a beach front spot for all of our stuff and kiddos. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. It was such a great time and we plan to come back next year! The ONLY issue we had was not having hot water for every one to shower. He tried to stagger baths/showers but still never had enough hot water. We all pretty much took lukewarm warm showers and baths the entire trip.

Wonderful Stay

The only complaint I have is there was food crumbs and sand at the edge of the couch in the living area. Other than that we enjoyed our stay the property was very nice and just across the road from the beach.

Great property

We took a much needed break from quarantine with two of our adult children and their families. The grandkids, 4, 6 and 7 had plenty of room to hang out and the proximity to the beach is perfect. The unit is beautifully decorated, well designed and high quality all around. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful with only minor issues. Upon checkout, the housekeeper was thrilled to see we were washing the unit's towels AND leaving lysol cleaning supplies/Tide pods. While doing so, I was charged $150 for staying a few mins past checkout time of 10AM.
