Beautiful views from PCB Townhouse

This property is perfectly located on the quieter end of Panama City Beach, with easy access and parking directly in front of the unit. The views from two of the three bedrooms, as well as the living room, are absolutely amazing. The oversized deck on the main level is ideal for enjoying the sounds of the ocean, while the upstairs deck offers the best spot to watch the sunset. Plus, it’s just steps to the beach!The unit is well equipped with everything you need, including beach items. It certainly deserves a five-star rating, but unfortunately, the property management was lacking. We arrived to find there was no water in the unit, which was a city issue; however, the management company was unaware of the situation and had to relocate us for our first night. Additionally, the power outlets in all the bathrooms didn't work. The management company worked to fix this during our stay, but was unable to do so and didn't provide updates.If the management company improved their communication, this would have easily been a five-star review.

Nice but could use some attention to maintenance.

It was a nice place. The pictures are a little misleading. We were under the impression it was a separate house not a townhome. The side gate to access the beach from the front (so we could keep our sliding door locked) was almost off the hinges and boards fell off when we tried to open and close it. The boards on the back porch are also coming up where if you're not careful you'll hit your toes on them. It was a nice stay but the place could use attention. Also, for $250/ night I feel like toilet paper for the week and a few extra trash bags could be supplied so you're not bringing your whole house with you just for a week.

Great! TV’s need some configuring

We had a great time. We had to spend more time inside this year due to our infant needing breaks from the sun/ naps/ etc… none of the tv’s were hooked up correctly (HDMI’s unplugged from the back on all but one) we had to scooch out all the tvs to figure out how to watch basic cable. Living room remote had corrosive batteries inside. But other than those small issues (which normally wouldn’t be a problem if we aren’t inside as much) we truly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Amazing beachfront home

Loved the property! The beach access is less than a 30 second walk, relatively quiet area and the beach isn’t too crowded. Beautiful views from the entire downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Lots of outdoor furniture. The only negative not shown in the listing is that your porches are connected to the neighbors. You have a railing between but the porches are connected, downstairs and upstairs.

On the Beach

The condo was nice, but not amazing. It was a bit shabby on the inside and the outside. Location was nice and the parking lot was easy to get in and out of. The best part of this condo was how close it was to the water, which was a very short walk from the porch.

Perfect Family Getaway

We LOVED this gulf front townhouse! It is in the perfect location on the west end of the beach with less traffic. The unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and the views from downstairs and upstairs are gorgeous! We will definitely book this townhome again!

Good place

I would rate this place an 8/10. Location is great. Unit could use an upgrade on some things in the house. Cable connection was very bad during the times we had the TV on. There was a grille there bout it was inoperable. Beds not the most comfortable but not the worst either.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. The view and accommodation is unbeatable. Waking up and walking onto a deck overlooking the ocean was amazing. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great week with family. Highly recommend!
