Upstairs, you'll find the beachfront master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony! Enjoy sipping your coffee from the upstairs balcony and taking in all the sights and sounds of the beach. On the other side of the hall, the roadside bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom.
This area of the beach has had wonderful road improvements that are COMPLETE! So no more road construction. This unit has been recently remodeled/repaired and is ready for 2026 renters!
The Premier Townhomes are located at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road - a prime location only a mile from the hustle and bustle of Pier Park!
