Management cancelled my reservation (Mar 26–28) claiming they "couldn't process the email confirmation link" — yet somehow had zero trouble sending me an invoice AND charging my card. So the system works perfectly fine when it comes to taking money, but conveniently breaks down when it's time to honor a booking.No proactive call, no real solution offered — just a cancellation dumped on me. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate bait-and-switch. Either way, completely unacceptable.Avoid this property unless you enjoy paying for vacations you won't get to take.
