As you enter the unit, the kitchen is conveniently located to your right, while the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo is on your left. Continue down the hall to the open dining and living area, where you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV for your entertainment. The cozy bedroom features a plush King bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a shower. Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (1) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.


Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).
