The condo was simply perfect!!

My sister and I took our 80 year old mother for a girls weekend and it was glorious! The condo was amazing and the views from the balcony were stunning! The beach loungers and umbrella that were prepaid by the owners made the trip even better! I would love to come again and would highly recommend!

Spring getaway with family.

The unit was excellent and had a few extras that many places don’t have. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and an upgrade from normal furnishings in a condo rental. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would stay here again. The location was excellent and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed everything!

Our go-to place!!

We love 2307!! Stumbled across this gem at the beginning of the summer while looking for a quick weekend getaway and knew it would be our go to place to stay when we are in PCB! Location is great, we love the neighbors, and you just can’t beat the balcony! Renovations are well done - place is super comfortable. Can’t wait to be back again soon!

Spring Break 2024

We've stayed in a lot of condos and this was by far the nicest! We were supplied with everything we needed for the week. Everything in the condo is high-end and new. It is beautifully decorated without being so fancy that we were worried something would get damaged. It is located in the center of all the action. Our week was perfect. The only small complaint we had was the parking garage/spot. It was extremely tight for our car and impossible for our truck. However, there was an overflow lot conveniently located right across the street.
