This unique playground is the only one of its kind on the east end of Panama City Beach, and it’s privately yours to enjoy during your stay.
☑ Sleeps 7: The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a full bed, plus an additional twin bed. The couch in the living room has an ottoman that can turn into a double bed.
☑ Full Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need—dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave—to whip up delicious meals. We provide plenty of dishes, cups, mugs, pans, pots, utensils, measuring cups, etc.
☑ New fenced private backyard: Relax in the large fenced-in backyard area. We have a custom outdoor shower in the front to rinse off from the beach before coming in and a dining table for 6 in the backyard. Plenty of towel hooks are available for your towels and swimsuits. Blackstone Grill and sun loungers are perfect for enjoying the outdoors!
☑ Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the storage room at the back of the house for your convenience.
☑ Entertainment: Free WiFi, one smart TV (58-inch in the living room), board games, kids' books, and toys are provided to keep everyone entertained.
☑ Beach Gear: We provide beach gear to make your seaside adventures even more enjoyable. There is a heavy-duty wagon with sand wheels that holds 200 lbs, a full-size cooler, 4 beach chairs, a few boogie boards, and many sand toys for your little ones.
☑ Family-friendly: We provide a pack-and-play, stroller, mattress pad, door knob covers, and crib sheets for your little ones. We also have some kid's books, ring toss, and yard-sized connect 4.

The best way to get to the house is via car. The house is located in Lower Grand Lagoon, which is almost like a barrier island with the lagoon on one side and the beach on the other. The area is very bikeable and walkable. We enjoy walking around the neighborhood or riding bikes to nearby attractions and restaurants.

There is parking available for 4 cars. There are two parking curbs provided that are labeled "B". Another set of two cars can park behind them. Please only park in designated spots.
Please be aware that our home is situated near wooded areas, which means you may occasionally see a palmetto bug or dead cockroach during your stay. We perform monthly pest control treatments, and finding dead insects is a sign that the treatment is effective. However, if doors are left open at night, the likelihood of palmetto bugs entering increases. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot offer compensation for these natural occurrences.
**Weather Policy:**
Please note that we do not offer compensation or refunds for rain or thunderstorms. Weather in Florida, particularly during the summer months, is unpredictable, and forecasts can change throughout the day. We adhere to our firm cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.
**Pet & Neighborhood Noise Policy**
This home is located in a quiet, residential area on the east end of Panama City Beach. It’s a peaceful, pet-friendly neighborhood ideal for walking dogs. It includes a private fenced backyard and a designated pet relief area for your furry companions. While the area is generally calm, neighboring homes do have dogs, and occasional barking may occur. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for early departures related to personal preferences or situations outside our control, such as occasional neighborhood noise or pet interactions. We encourage guests who enjoy a laid-back, dog-friendly setting and are looking for a comfortable coastal stay.
