Welcome to Deja Blue! Our quaint house on the West end of the beach!

**OVERVIEW**
Our cozy 1100 sq ft piece of paradise is located on the quiet west end of the beach. You'll have less traffic, more private beaches, and a warm inviting place to call home during your stay. Deja Blue has a rustic farmhouse meets tropical vibe. The fully stocked kitchen is a great space for preparing a delicious meal, a quick snack, or heating up leftovers from your favorite PCB or 30A restaurant.

**AMENITIES**
Our guests will have access to cool off in our stock tank pool (see photos) or our outdoor shower. Our freshly sodded, fully fenced in back yard also has a covered patio area with new comfortable seating.

**GOLF CART**
Even though Deja Blue is a short and easy walk to the beach we will have available a golf cart for your use free of charge! It makes those trips to the beach quick & easy.

Not what we have experienced in the past.

This was our third stay at Deja Blue. Upon arrival we noticed right away the nice improvements in the kitchen and bathroom counters, cupboards and vanities. However, there were definitely some things that need attention. The silverware was put away without being washed, the bedspreads were stained, and the shower curtains were not very clean. There were no extra towels or linens as there had been in the past. The backyard grass needed to be mowed, the dead potted plants could be removed along with the old outdoor furniture with faded/stained cushions. We love the location and the use of the golf cart. However the golf cart is incredibly old and the back cushion has completely rotted away underneath. With some minor improvements this could be a great rental angain instead of a three star rental.

Beach House

When we first arrived we were very happy with the house. It was a bit smaller than the pictures depicted though. But it was very cute. The area out back was nice. Although the lights around the pool were mostly out. I was very disappointed that the dryer was broken. I sent the host a message and he got back to me quickly. However, he did not fix the problem. He told us someone would come to fix it but they never showed up. I messaged him back and he said they had to order a new one. So we couldn’t wash any of our clothes or towels. We all had to use the same towels all week. There was one available washcloth for the 6 of us. There were no available beach towels either. I expressed this to the host. He brought us some new beach towels and a few washcloths over the next afternoon. We did appreciate that. The golf cart was an added bonus. However, the back step up is broken and rusty so be careful getting on and off. It also had a headlight out. These are all minor inconveniences I realize. But when you pay to stay somewhere you expect things will be inspected before you arrive. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for us. The beach is pretty close. There’s also a Publix and dollar general very close and the neighborhood was very nice.

Great Place!!

We loved your vacation rental! It was exactly what we were looking for! Loved the yard for our fur babies! The dipping pool was great to cool off in! Loved the use of the golf cart to carry us and all of our stuff to the beach. Mackenzie was great and got back with us right away!! We had a wonderful time!! Thank you again!! Lori, Shawn & Zoe

A Destin Beach like waters but less crowded

Absolutely loved this place and the owners. We have been to PBC and to Destin. Both places we love the waters. But here, we had all that with added peacefulness. It was never crowded. Family felt safe and relaxed. Being a dad to two teenage girls and a boy then also a 10 yr old. I finally could enjoy my stay instead of being on high alert. The house was perfect. Cozy but open. Perfect Stay!

This little house was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our recent trip. We traveled with our two doggos who loved the backyard, it was shady and perfect during hot Florida summers. The stock pool was perfect for the two of us to lounge and relax. We found the house to be clean and the neighborhood quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for what we needed

The house was clean and in a good location. I did not mind the walk to the beach at all but having the golf cart was a bonus. The backyard was great for our two small dogs! Communication with the owner was top-notch, and the home was well-equipped.

Great little beach bungalow

This house was very clean, spacious and very inviting. Loved the open floor plan. All the beds slept great. And my dog loved the fenced in backyard. This is a quieter part of Panama City Beach, but it does have more private beach accesses. I would say the walk to the beach would be a bit much, but the golf cart they rent to you, makes it all worth while. We will be back next year.

Perfect family friendly location.

Well maintained family owned vacation property. Owner was very responsive with replies unlike some property management companies. Perfect location in a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. You get to experience the PCB vibe without the negative city life in the high rise sections. House was comfortable and came with all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. We arrived late in the evening and we had plenty of TP, paper towels, dish soap, and shampoo to last a couple days. HVAC worked incredible with Florida heat. There are also 4 good beach towels in addition to other linens. Washer and dryer also worked very well. The golf cart is highly recommended. You can use it to travel to Publix, CVS, Winn Dixie, and Dollar General using side roads. We saved a ton of money by going to Back Beach BBQ, which is the best BBQ we’ve ever had, and Squidly’s seafood to go. Both very reasonable. The WIFI is 3 MB but we were able to use our TMobile for work issues. The only thing that was missing was a crab claw cracker! Enjoy your stay!

Comfy and cozy

Nice little place was perfect for me and my daughter and her support dog, who really liked the fenced in back yard. Be aware that the gates on either side of the house do not latch properly, about which we were not informed, and the wind blew open the gate one night, allowing our dog to escape the next morning. Great communication otherwise from the host when needed. They replaced a broken washing machine the morning after the old one broke. We would definitely stay again but while taking precautions for our dog when outside in the back yard.

Great location for some down time

The home was exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet and convenient to beaches & shopping. Access to network TV wasn't what I expected (no football on Thanksgiving) but after all we weren't there to watch TV.

Perfect Pet Rental

Deja Blue is the perfect beach vacation rental for pets. The back yard was a huge bonus. We spent several evenings on the beautiful patio relaxing. The beach is a short walk away, and the golf cart makes it even quicker. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice bungalow close to beach!

This house is perfect if you have kids and pets. The golf cart helps to get gear to the beach. The master bed could be bigger but is comfortable. The kids had fun playing in the stock tank converted to pool.

Great time, great location, and very clean!

This property is described perfectly in every way. Very clean, great location, quite neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and not to far out from the "entertainment" area. My husband and I had a great time and are already looking forward to the next trip!

We had a wonderful week at DejaBlue, the house was perfect for our family and we loved the quiet neighborhood and nearby beach. The golf cart was a nice addition. The whole process was great and MacKenzie was great to work with.

Cute Property

Enjoyed our stay at Deja Blue! The kids loved the "pool" and spent many hours in it. Also enjoyed golf cart. Had to request info for access/check-in as it was not sent ahead and A/C went out - both addressed quickly by Property Owner. This was our first trip to PCB and for other newbies, please note that this property is on a thru-street at the far west end of PCB -- very residential. Took 45 minutes to drive 10 miles to restaurant due to traffic in main part/Pier Park of PCB.) One member of party is in a wheelchair; getting chair into bedrooms (narrow hall and doorway) and out the back door (narrow space and step) was a bit challenging. Thanks for an enjoyable week!
