Beachside Townhouse PCB on Bay Front (ranta edessä) loma-asunnon sijaitsee Beachside Townhomes maailman kaunein ranta hämmästyttävä sokeri valkoinen hiekkaranta, häikäisevä turkoosi vesi ja upeita auringonlaskuja. Great location Highway 79 ja Front Beach Road. Alle kilometrin päässä Pier Parkista. Pier Parkilla on yli 120 myymälää ja ravintoloita ostoksille, viihdykkeille ja ruokailupaikoille. (IMAX-teatteri, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House vain muutamia.) Winn Dixie -kaupat, viinakauppa, CVS Pharmacy on kadun toisella puolella. Tuoreet kalamarkkinat, McDonalds, Pizza Hut ja monet muut lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Olemme alle 20 minuuttia (15 mailia) Luoteis-Floridan kansainväliseltä lentokentältä (ECP). Näet laiturin Pier Parkin kannella takana yksikön upeat näkymät, kalastus sekä ilotulitus näyttää useita kertoja vuodessa. Jotkut alueen viihdettä ovat Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island vesipuisto, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Usko tai älä, Wonderworks -museo, koirakilpailut, purjelautailu, veneily ja kalastus. "Dolphin Waves" on 1800 neliömetrin tilava olohuone, josta on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle.

Yksikkö nukkuu 10 kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi makuuhuonetta on 1 king size-vuoteet ja 1 kahden hengen vuode; kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 kerrossänkyä (4 erillistä vuodetta);
- Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, jossa voi nukkua vielä 2 henkilöä. Täysin yksikkö mahtuu 12 vierasta.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu, yksikössä on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.
- Yksikössä on neljä (4) taulutelevisiota yksi makuuhuone ja yksi olohuoneessa kaikki ovat kytketty kaapeli ja yksikkö tarjoaa internet ja WiFi.

Excellent Stay

the property was literally steps to the beach. It was in a great neighborhood but the roads were pretty busy so look out for that. The house was clean and much bigger in person! Overall excellent stay!

Great location, great rental!

This spacious unit is in the perfect location for PCB…very close to restaurants/groceries, but the beachfront feels more secluded. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved the covered deck area looking out on the ocean. Great communication with the owner, and they were very accommodating.

Outstanding Location

This property is right on the beach which makes it perfect for a lazy beach vacation. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath accommodated 3 couples perfectly. Washer and Dryer are available and the kitchen is well equipped. A supermarket is only steps away. Parking is an issue as there are only 2 spots and they are small at that. So don't bring a trailer, don't bring 3 cars. We were able to park 4 motorcycles in one spot, if barely, and a car in the other. The deck has seating for 4 adults and a canopy provides some sun protection. The beach, oh the beach, no matter what , this has to be one of the most pristine beaches with the whitest sand we ever experienced. This house is good for 6 but the deck gets crowded with 6.The appearance is a little run down, nothing major, mainly cosmetic but everything is in working order. We loved our stay there.

Beautiful house!! Very clean and updated appliances in the kitchen. Great communication from the owner. Very private and close to the beach. We literally walkout and the beach was right there. I'll definitely book here again

Relaxing Getaway

The house was amazing with easy beach access. Any need accommodations were nearby. Owner was easy to reach for any issues and addressed them promptly and professionally. Only issue we ran in to was the beach was not pet friendly even though the property was. This is on the city not the owner but it could have been communicated through the listing better. There was a pet friendly beach near by. Would definately stay again if going back to Panama City.

Wonderful Trip

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the ocean view!!! I love this property and the owners! If I could give 10 stars for communication with the property owner I would. We will definitely rent from them again. The kitchen had everything we needed. The updates are beautiful!! All the bedrooms and baths are updated the mattress are great. They put pride into the property and it shows!!! Location is great we walked to Pier Park and loved the dogs on the beach. We will be back!!!

Would book this unit again!

The unit was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. We asked a few questions to the owner when we got to the unit and they were very responsive. There are a bunch of restaurants close by - great location. This was a mini get-a-way but plan to come back because there is definitely more for us to explore! Good to Knows - Beach towels are not provided - Beach chairs are not provided - If units are rented on either side, there is no privacy when sitting on deck - recommendation to put up curtains

PCB vacation

This was our first year to PCB and it was nice besides all the construction but we know it will soon be awesome! We travel as a large group of family and friends for almost 10 years now. We love being able to have our group in the same townhome unit for the week. Townhome rentals are important to us so we can all stay together yet have our own home with our family for the week. We enjoyed it again this year! Thank you for providing a wonderful unit.

Just What We Needed

Having rented from this owner before, we knew what we were getting into. Once again, the condo was perfect for our group of 8. We love the access to the beach and convenience of the surrounding area. Everything is so clean and in proper working order. With several different types of restaurants only steps away, there's something for everybody. If you're in the mood to stay in and cook, you'll have everything you need for that as well. Looking forward to renting again in the future.

Perfect beach house

We lucked out with renting this property. There was plenty of room for each person in our group of 9. Having three bathrooms was a plus since we were in the water and sand to beach a lot due to the perfect balmy 75 degree weather. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment. Because we had a big party we cooked all our meals and appreciated the full size fridge and freezer. The wi-fi worked great for 2 zoom meetings I had to do. The area was all families so we felt safe. We would rent this house again!

Great location and terrific accommodations for our family. Apps. Parking lot is a little tight. Lots of construction going on to make front Beach Road better, but it did not impact our stay or experience.
