Just a short distance from the property, the Hombre Golf Club offers tees ranging from 5,275 to nearly 7,000 yards, allowing golfers to choose their level of difficulty. Nestled amidst wetlands, marshes, lakes and preserves, the course offers 27 holes in a natural woodland setting and is meticulously manicured to tournament conditions. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort also offers an on-property 9-hole executive course, scattered with sand traps and water lagoons.

Disappointed

This condo is beautiful and decorated well but the housekeeping was not adequate prior to our arrival. The master bathtub was backed up with 5 inches of water every time we showered and the master toilet had black mildew spots. Our Keurig coffee maker was broken as well. The sheets on the beds felt gritty like sand was in them. The stopper on the front door kept falling down every time the door opened so you had to manually pick it up so you could close the door. For the price you pay for this condo for the week, there should be no issues for the renter to solve or clean up. We were disappointed and felt like we didn’t get what we had paid for.

The resort is always a great choice! The condo was clean and easy to acess. Plenty of room for the Family to spread out and relax. Only thing I would recommend is maybe a few more pots and pans for cooking for a family.Would book again.

Loved it!

The unit was as described and was decorated beautifully. The host was responsive and helpful and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again. The only thing is I’d bring kitchen towels next time because there was only one towel in the kitchen. Other than that, no complaints.

Edgewater Resort

It was absolutely great! The entire condo had been updated from the listing shown and we were blew away at how nice all the amenities were. The resort itself had everything we needed, you literally would not have to leave if you didn't want to. The food downstairs by the pool was phenomenal and the staff were on top of everything. Beautiful poolscape and better than we imagined!

Great Week!

It was an amazing week. The condo was beautiful! Only complaint(nothing major) was the handles on sliding door was missing so they were hard to open and close. But overall we would love to stay in this condo again!!

Beautiful condo- but disappointed on a lot

We were notified almost an hour before check in time that they weren’t able to check us in at our normal 4pm check in time due to a “miss communication” with house cleansing, but was soon made aware that it was due to the other people who stayed there checked out late. We were NEVER notified that evening when we could check in, after they stated they would and around 7pm that night decided to take into our own action as we traveled 12hrs. Sent an email, then received a reply the following day they would compensate us due to the miscommunication and not able to enjoy our condo the first day. Never received any update on that compensation. We finally stocked our fridge and then 24hrs later the fridge broke and we lost a lot of our food and drinks, had to buy more coolers and ice to save some of the food. Didn’t receive a fridge until 24hrs and once again stated they would Compensate us with no communication of that. The place is beautiful, I will give them that, but as a property owner ourselves very disappointed in the communication and no follow up of the issues that we had here. Never received information on the compensation they promised.

Beautiful view

This property had a beautiful view that we were able to see dolphins from the kitchen window. The condo was spacious but in need of a deep clean and maybe some fresh paint. The host was extremely accommodating when our flights got cancelled he was flexible with shifting our stay by a couple days as it was winter and no one in the condo after us. Off season they don’t heat the main pool and our pool at tower 2 was broken down for the majority of our stay. Since it was really quiet at the other pools we were able to go over there for a day. We were very happy we were able to hear the sound of the ocean coming in the balcony all day long.

The location was great. The view was very nice. I was disappointed in the furniture. The living room furniture was very dirty. The chaise lounge attached to the sofa had several stains on it. The bed spread in the bedroom was very plain. Just a little color would have helped that. There were no hangers at all in the condo. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and only 1 trash bag in the kitchen. I had to go buy a whole box of trash bags for only 6 day stay. The pool was heated and very nice.
