Tämä tilava 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto odottaa innokkaasti saapumistasi! Sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä hiekasta, josta on upea merinäköala 19. kerroksesta. Varattu pysäköintitila sijaitsee rakennuksen 3. kerroksessa. Ei enää vaivaa metsästää pysäköintitilaa! (Yhden kerran 20 dollarin pysäköintimaksu ei sisälly vuokraan.)

Emerald Isle sijaitsee Panama City Beachin länsipäässä vain muutaman minuutin päässä Pier Parkista. King-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa. Kaksi queen-size-vuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Sekä makuuhuone että olohuone näkymät merelle. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisiot. Ilmainen Internet-palvelu. 10 ja puoli jalka parvekkeella on runsaasti istumapaikkoja nauttia upeista näkymistä. Palveluihin kuuluu lämmitetty sisä- ja ulkouima-allas, jossa on höyrysauna, ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja kuntosali merinäköalalla. Uima-altaiden paviljongissa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja grillausmahdollisuuksia.

Annual PCB trip

Vacation 2023

The place was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! I will be trying to purchase the exact same ones. The property manager was very sweet and accommodating. The paddleboard and the kayak where my kids favorite things next to their comfy beds. Lots of clothes things around to do and eat at. The bathtub was absolutely amazing. You definitely need to stay here.

Not As Advertised

Advertised vis Web to be a premium property, it was far from. Bathroom Mats were brown (original color light blue), the Master Bath has child size toliet with a 1970's blue padded toilet seat. Both bedrooms had minimal furniture for clothing storage, and was very old, and what was there was broken - I would say probably from the early 1970's, a hodgepodge from goodwill drop offs, etc. Every room had different flooring. Toliets both stopped up, having maintenance to dig down 8' calling in additional help to correct. While the owner of the property had placed accent decor, again, it was not as advertised. Also cooking and housewares were old, scratched (pots and pans), and limited. Again, not as advertised - especially paying a premium for this rental. Just very disappointed overall and if I had this place would take it off the market - until I had the money to refurbish it so that I wasn't stealing money from hard working people paying the premium. The only good things I can say is that the property manager was immediate in her responses, and most of the condo was clean - with exception of the laundry closet with a pile of filth and hair under the broom - that was not ours. Would I stay at this condo again, absolutely Not and would strongly discourage anyone else from renting this property..

Great Condo and Location! Reserved Parking spot!

The condo was perfect! Super comfy Living room and Bedrooms! The beds were charmingly decorated and very comfortable. The view was amazing and we all enjoyed morning coffee and watching sunsets out on the balcony. The TV was a smart TV which was great and we could stream our favorite shows. Never much of a wait for an elevator and it was so helpful that the condo came with a reserved parking space and beach service. Always a good experience renting a condo from Helen! Carousel Market is very close by and has a charming gift shop in addition to groceries. Winn Dixie and CVS are just down the road a bit too. Will definitely be back!

Nice condo

We were very pleased with the condo cleanliness, the ease of checking in and fast response from the owner when needed. The only negative I will give is the parking fee is high and you have to pay for each vehicle and also there was no child locks on the front door and the balcony lock was broken. Very dangerous for families with little ones like myself.

🌞Family Vaction!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't decide if I wanted to be on the beach or set in the spacious balcony with the amazing view. It was very clean and well kept. Had everything we needed or may have forgotten. Helen was very nice and helpful. And accommodated us when we got in earlier than expected. Can not wait to return. We will be booking again.

Absolute Gem on the Emerald Coast

First of all…the balcony is AMAZING!! It is humongous. We ate every meal we could out there while enjoying the views that are STUNNING! You will not find a better balcony! The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kids were thrilled to have their own beds in the second bedroom and not just twin sized!! The closets and dressers have us plenty of space to unpack our suitcases and feel right at home. The kitchen was also great! It was nice to stock up on Gatorade and sandwiches etc! Thomas donuts just up the road is a must to bring back donuts breakfast for the balcony! Everything pictures is accurate and as promised. We appreciate Helen answering all of our questions before our trip and giving us recommendations as well! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us for a week!!!

Beautiful Condo!

Our family recently stayed in Helen's beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as described, the location was perfect, and check in was a breeze. Though the building seemed to be crowded (we were there the week of Memorial Day), there was never a long wait for the elevators, which is nice since the condo is up on the 19th floor. The pools and hot tub were also nice alternative when you wanted a break from the gulf. Helen was exceptional to work with and we will definitely stay in her condo again!

Great Condo!

Our stay in 1906 was great! The condo was very clean and neat. Everything worked as it should. Check in was super easy. The balcony was super huge with VERY comfortable seating. We even tried to find the brand name so we could purchase the same set for at home. I would suggest updated pictures on the web site as the room is much nicer than what the pictures show. :-) Huge TV, great dining room table with room for all and a larger coffee table. Helen was great to work with as well. Will come back again!!

Amazing condo!

Check in was a breeze! I was so impressed with how spacious and clean the condo was. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The location was amazing as well. Easy to get in and out. Located on the west end where it’s quiet as well. We were extremely pleased and will be back!

Amazing stay in PCB

We just returned from a wonderful week at Emerald Isle #1906. This condo was very nicely furnished with comfortable seating in living area and also on balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with everyday pots, utensils, etc.... Photos online of bedrooms and bathrooms were accurate but condo had new dining furniture and a very large living room tv. Both additions were very nice and better than the pictures. Views from the balcony were amazing and we really enjoyed watching the marine life from there. This was our second stay at Emerald Isle and really like the location and mostly uncrowded beach. Can’t wait to return!

This was the second year my family and I stayed at this condo. It was beautiful and clean! The balcony is my favorite part! It’s so big! You get the best view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Needs a kitchen ladder to reach objects in top cabinets and reaching dryer controls. Thanks goodness I was the only one that was short in stature. Everything else was great.

Perfect for our short family vacation

This place was great for our short 3 day vacay. It had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The condo was clean, the beds comfy and the balcony had plenty of furniture for everyone to sit out and enjoy the view. The kitchen was well stocked with everyday basics. We had one rainy afternoon and the kids (7 and 12 years old) didn’t even complain about having to stay in. The beach set up that was included made it easy to pack up the family and head to the beach. We even used the grill down stairs for some burgers by the pool. This was our second time staying at Emerald and we plan on returning next year!

Moms' Get Away

Property was very accurate to photos. 3 adult friends looking for a beach front condo; this property met our needs perfectly. Is on the 19th floor, so if you like to be lower this may not be there best unit. We enjoyed the high view because we could see schools of fish and stingrays in the water. Overall great stay!

Anniversary Get Away

The weather didn't cooperate but everything else was wonderful. We have stayed in different condos at Emerald Isle and Unit 1906 was just as wonderful as the others. Only complaint is that water was pooled up by the elevators on days it was raining.

Just as described

Overall this is a great condo. The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything is in proper working order. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. The condo was clean but it could stand a good deep cleaning. A couple of the walls were dusty but overall it was not a problem. As always, Helen is great to work with, very attentive and responsive.
