GORGEOUS AQUA 2 mh 2 kylpy W / kerrossänky. Master Persianlahden! Vapaa ranta tuolit!

AQUA 1107 sijaitsee 11. kerroksessa kuumin kiinteistön PC Beach. Tämä huoneisto on hiljattain remontoitu ja on valmis kauden. Viihtyisässä ympäristössä, jossa on king size-vuodetta molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta kerrossänky tekevät vierailun rannalla rauhallinen ja rentouttava.
Päällikkö BR avautuu omalla parvekkeella ja nähtävyyksiä ja ääniä maailmanluokan rannalle alla. Jokaisessa huoneessa on tv ja keittiö on täysin varusteltu tahansa astia tai laite mitä haluatte lomalla.
Suuri Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat viime ostoja ja yli tarpeiden tyydyttämiseksi perheen loman aikana.

MUUT uskomattomia ominaisuuksia: Tässä vain muutamia uskomattomia piirteitä oman loma-asunnon ja lomakeskus AQUA 1107:

* Gulf-Front-allas ja yhteiset tilat on vettä puutarhat, trooppista maisemaa, snackbaari, 2 allasta, joista ulkona / (lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa uida alle pääsy), kylpytynnyri, lepotuoleja aurinkoa ja varjoa.
* Wi-Fi-yhteys koko keinona
* Suuri teatteri / media huone
* Sisä kuntoilutiloja päivitetyt laitteet on helppo treenata kaunis näkymä merelle kaikista laitteista. Tämä harjoitus Laitos on myös aromaterapia höyrysauna

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Tim's condo. The view was spectacular, beds were super comfy, and the condo truly has everything and anything you'd need. It's very close to pier park and a quick trip down the elevator to enjoy both pools, hot tub, and the beach. The chairs and umbrella set up for us each day was a really nice bonus as well. We'd definitely stay here again!

PCB 2023 Aqua Stay

The condo was extremely clean and the view of the gulf is well worth the stay. Tim is an awesome guy to deal with and plan to stay at his condos for years to come. We have stayed at the aqua for over 10 years and by far Tim has been the best owner we’ve dealt with. He makes you feel at ease and goes beyond to make sure you have a great stay. You will not be disappointed I’ll tell you that.

Five Star Host and Condo

No complaints at all. Tim was the absolute best. I researched several places in PCB and decided on his condo for all the 5 star reviews. It definitely did not disappoint. Condo was very clean and plenty of linens. The view is gorgeous. Tim offered early check-in and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going good. Have never gotten that kind of "Southern" hospitality anywhere i have ever stayed. Thanks again Tim and would love to visit again!

Beautiful, clean condo

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Tim was great and gave us the opportunity for early check in. “Security” at the pool was awful- men and women on a power trip. Kids couldn’t throw balls, no drinking around the pool- even though they sell drinks 10 feet from it, and bracelets MUST be worn at all times(my husband forgot his 1 time and he was told he had 5 minutes to get it- when he went to get it, the set of elevators closest to the pool were broke down, he told the head security in the office and the guy said they just needed reset and they would get to it when they could). They said that these rules were to be enforced due to the request of the owners. We had stayed at the Aqua in the years past and never had issues. We had 3 days of double red flags , so you look forward to being able to enjoy the pool when you can’t be in the ocean but they did not allow for that. I would stay with Tim again but we do not have plans on returning to the Aqua unless they make some changes with the current security group.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect! My family was traveling with our son’s baseball team for a tournament. The location of the condo was great allowing us to be just minutes from the field but also allowed us to enjoy a real beach vacation. Unfortunately, the week we stayed the water was too rough to enter (which I understand is VERY unusual), but luckily since the condo was so nice, it didn’t really ruin our vacation plans! There was plenty of room for six people to sleep and hang out (we only had three). The beds and linens were very comfortable. The condo had plenty of extra towels and beach towels to use when we went down to the pool. The two beach chairs provided with the condo were great as well. I felt like the kitchen had all of the equipment I needed for cooking in the condo. I did not use the dishwasher, but it would have been very helpful if I had more people. The washer and dryer were extremely helpful! The view of the ocean throughout the day and night was also beautiful. We were able to see dolphins one morning! I liked being able to look out to see how crowded the beach or pool area was, even was able to find my son and his friends oftentimes just by looking out. Tim was so easy to communicate with, and was even able to get us into the condo a little early! I would definitely recommend renting from Tim in the future! See, the housekeeper, was also very friendly and helpful at the end of our stay! Overall, it was a great stay!!

The condo was clean and the beds were cozy. The one we slept in was so soft i wanted to take it home with me. Everything we needed to cook was there. We didnt eat out much. There were a few small containers of laundry soap and dishwasher tabs for use that was helpful because my daughter was sick. There was also enough coffee supplies for a few days which I was so greatful for before we got to the grocery. We had a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. The 2 pools were great with plenty of chairs. Being on the 11th floor you dont hear all the noise from people the beach. The walk to the beach is very short. Tim was very kind and had great communication. I felt like I could text him if I needed anything at all. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo unit for family!!!

We enjoyed our stay in 1107. The unit is decorated nicely- large with basically 3 bedrooms- enough for a family of 4 to spread out and all have their own room. The view is amazing, Aqua has some of the best pools - great beach, perfect walking distance from our favorite restaurants, and fast elevators. The included beach service chairs made it convenient and easy. Tim was wonderful- great communication and easy to always reach. We stay in Aqua every year - plan to stay in this unit again.

Life's a beach

We loved everything about this unit. There was plenty of space, is was super clean and had all the amenities of home that we could have wanted. The view is gorgeous!! Tim was great of keeping us informed and updated when the resort was having electrical issues. One downfall was the elevators were sometimes super crowded and had long wait times, but we figured out when the busy times were and just adjusted our schedule. We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn't get to spend as much time at the resort as we wanted, but it was so nice to have chairs/umbrella ready for us each day at the beach! We would definitely stay again :)
