The interior of the house was good and as described.The exterior was the reason we chose this house over others so that we could take my daughter's wheelchair and our dogs out. The out space was overgrown with weeds and was unusable. There were also largest limbs covering much of the front yard. We contacted the host the first afternoon when we arrived. On day seven someone showed up with a weed trimmer and cut the weeds but left the trimmings laying where they were cut. Had we tried to use the outdoor space at this point, we would have tracked the trimmings all through the house. On day nine someone came back with a broom to sweep the trimmings off the hard spaces.I have contacted the host through the VRBO app 9 times about the outdoor conditions as the outdoor amenities were the reason we chose this house over others in order to take our dogs and my daughter's wheelchair outside.We always received a very vague response that they were sorry or aware of our concerns, etc and that they are forwarding my concerns to their local team.I have repeatedly asked for a partial refund since the outdoor space was unusable but have received o response other than the vague messages.
