Welcome to Pilot House 221, a classic Seacrest Beach home offering family-friendly layouts. Spread out and find your own space in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home spanning two floors of fun. The first floor features an inviting open space where everyone can gather. Upon entry, you're greeted by the living area and dining table before reaching the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the family chefs whipping up beach snacks or meals. Step outside to the wrap-around balcony and porch to enjoy morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine. There's plenty of seating for everyone! Take advantage of the amazing Seacrest amenities, including a 12,000 sq ft Lagoon-style pool, private deeded beach access, and Beach Shuttle running daily from March 1st to October 31st.

On the first floor, discover the convenience of the queen bedroom, complete with a 40” smart TV and a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is stocked with full-size appliances and 4 beach chairs. As you head upstairs, a day bed with a trundle awaits on the second-floor landing. Bedroom 2 features a day bed with a trundle, a twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 boasts a King bed and a bathroom with a rain head shower and double vanity.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed with smart TV. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
2nd Floor Landing: Day bed with trundle.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: 1 day bed with a trundle and 1 twin bed (sleeps 3), smart TV. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed with smart TV. Bathroom with walk-in/rain head shower and double vanity.

The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
